It was hard and burnt pizza and not in good quality

Chips were greasy and fried pizza was swimming also didnt enjoy at all most went in the bin

Completely wrong order shocking and freezing.

Sauce was very bitter and the chicken didn't taste nice.

Hardly any sauce on anything always the same when we get stuff, think the chips only had one covered in brown sauce the rest were dry same with the sausages.

Food cool wrong number on delivery 22 should be 44. Must be better.

The food was cold had to microwave it

Whilst the food was good as always, the 2 hour wait was ridiculous. No notification from them at all. The delivery boy was lovely and so apologetic when I told him.Clearly my order was forgotten about which I know can happen but I will now have to think Twitter ce about using this place again

Chips used to be amazing from here but just gone down hill

Paid for extra chippy sauce got none.

Just not good,fish was dry,greasy and tasteless,chips were greasy, cold n tasteless...the chipsteak was laden with grease,cold and the roll was soggy because the pickles were put in beside it,even the pickles werent good,i dont know if they have maybe changed supplier or something but this was the worst id tasted from here which is strange because its not usually like this...i feel terrible writing this but im shocked at how bad the dinner was 🙁

Estimated delivery was 50 mins from Whitburn to Longridge. Took over an hour and 30 mins even after calling. Defo not impressed

I ordered a pizza and asked for additional garlic, there was so much garlic I couldnt taste anything else. Very poor

The only thing that went in the bucket is the pizza supper I did not like it has it was covered in batter and not like a normal freid pizza you normally get I will not be ordering that again from there

Waited 2 hours for food and it was freezing when it arrived. Appalling service on telephone, would not recommend and will not use again

It was on time, but....Chipsteak was overcooked. Chips were cold.Chicken was lovely.A bit disappointed this time.

Didnt read request bit, got some of it wrong, had to get then to send out half my order again, was also told on the phone "she wont be happy" not my fault they didnt read my order properly, busy or not

Paid for garlic bread with cheese and only recieved garlic bread. Garlic bread with cheese is a additional 60p and didnt receive it. Not overly happy with tonight's order.

Food came quickly but when it arrived it was freezing on e again pay 10p extra for sauce and didnt get any not even salt dont understand why they give u an option for condiments on the nenu when you dont even get any

Waiting nearly an hour and a half for the food.

No very happy as i ordered salad for the burgers and did not get it.
