Don't get me wrong the food is goodBut it takes 1hr 30 mins to come 300 yards and its barely warm when it arrives

Food was good as always but waited almost 2 hour for it & was charged extra for a portion of cheese that I requested but never actually received it. Disappointed

Order arrived well over the estimated time, food wasn't up to much and tasted bland

I ordered the Parma pizza which was described as being a ham (what else on a Parma) and mushroom dish.It was, but instead of some nice slices of Parma ham, the pizza consisted of diced boiled ham, not a bit of Parma ham to be seen!The mushrooms were delicious, pity about the ham!! 😞

As usual the food was brilliant, but it came just warm and had to be heated. I think the delivery boy did not know where to go and phoned us to find out... Even although the directions to our house were written down for him. Easy to find, but obviously not for him.

It was cold and not fresh like when you go in yourself. Will not be doing it again.

Asked for chippy sauce, got none, asked for chili sauce, got none.

I was disapointed by the delivery time i put the order in at 8.54 n didnt get my food til about 10.45 the driver went to the wrong address .The driver was appologetic for the mistake he made. When i got my food its was hot n it was good value we got thd chippy munchie box

Greasy and cold, been like that a few times. Last time ordering. Wont be back

Normally I love it here but lately seen portion sizes get smaller. Especially with chip portions. Very poor.

Food was the usual high standard however the time to deliver,without being warned, was unacceptable.
