First time ordering from this place. The margherita pizza was good and their portions are generous. But the fish and chips were soggy, and they didn't even provide a lemon wedge. They charged us 50p for extra tartare sauce but didn't specify what size it was, turns out it's the world's smallest sauce packet. So a soggy fish supper with no lemon and no sauce. We asked for ketchup with the kids' meal thinking it would come as a packet or small tub, instead it was squeezed all over the food which made everything a soggy mess. So not a good experience at all.

Baked potato with cheese and coleslaw with side salad The potato was cold and the salad was full of onions Not great when you dont like onions

The meal was cold, cucumber/ veg was cut 12mm thick .

Would have been pretty positive but the loaded fries didnt have half of the stuff on them they were supposed to. It was literally a box of chips with chicken on top and loads of lettuce and pickles chucked over it.

Using fake chicken no flavour or thought went into the food.i took one spoon of the pasta and binned it .ruined my sunday dinner i wont be back!

1hr 40 minutes for delivery when ordered was 50 minutes all to receive Luke warm food after ordering a few times it was not as good as previous orders chips soggy and. Not crispy like before

My food was frozen cold it went in the bin could not eat it

Avoid the creamy pasta , floating in double cream and no flavour also Donna meat pizza was all hard brunt n crispy

The quality of food has gone down considerably, Tonys was always our go to and we were never disappointed but I will be taking my business elsewhere now

Waited over 90 mins only stay 250 yards away and was freezing cold when did arrive. Will say use this place weekly and is uasally excellent

Took over 2 hours to come, garlic bread was that hard it wasnt edible was cold and not nice

Loaded fries chips where like frozen chips from supermarket not the French fries like they used to be

The fish was not edible! I think it had been sitting under the heat lamps for too long as the batter was also very difficult to cut through!

Food was luke warm came about 25 mins after the suggested time and left my can of juice( was refunded by the driver) but not the point 🤣

The donner meat is not the same any more every time a get it its solid burnt and cut up in to tiny bits last night order went in the bin it was taste less and burnt again

Son order oven pizza it was barely warm by the time it arrived.. My chips went cold and greasy very quickly.. When ordering online it says estimated 40mins but thats 3 times it's been over an hour and I'm only 10mins away by car.. Not impressed with Tony's since it's been taken over.

I wanted to live this place as but delivery was late and food wasnt up to same standard as last time i had it. Sorry guys

The Donner meat wasnt nice

Dont really like leaving negative comments but unfortunately didnt enjoy my food tonight or the look of my kids pizza that I ordered why there was so much cheese that it was exploding over the chips is beyond me!!!! Pizzas havent been the same since getting taken over either. Sorry to say but dont think Ill be back as felt like it was a waste of money as barely any of it got eaten.
