Batter wasnt crispy and chips weren't cooked properly.

We booked our collection for 5.30 and never received our food for another hour after that. I understand they are busy but I was able to book that collection time

My dad hated the small fish supper...Was supposed to have good ratings ..I would strongly disagree 😠

Fish was soggy not nice dog got most of it pizza was ok

The order was missing the sausage from the sausage chip roll. They had forgot to send the bottle of water with the delivery and they hadnt put any salt or sauce on the food that was asked for in the special requests.

Weve ordered twice recently and both times havent been happy. Normally from Tonys its always 10/10 and would never go past them for a fish supper, however the last twice the fish hasnt been of the same quality and chips less than normal. Doubt well order from here again.

Food was ok. Didnt get any change as the driver had none. said he would be back. No sign of him. And no answer when calling chippy

Sorry but the food was cold 😱 First the driver delivered the wrong order. so when I finally got my order it was cold. Still we can all make mistakes. I put the food in the microwave. No harm done.

Inflation hitting hard, expected more than half a cone of chips and a small fish of 75% batter for £11, first and last!

Im sorry to say for the first time I have said this. The food was cold I had to put it into the microwave to heat it up. and the delivery was 1/2 hr over the estimated time. Sorry for the negativity but I give honest opinions. hopefully next time things will be a lot better from this great Chippy.

Took 2 hours to come very disappointing

Not as good as their usual. We usually pick up but decided to get it delivered. It was 25 mins later than the time we requested and the food was quite cold. Would definitely order again but will stick with picking up in future.

Delivery was late!!Pizzas were overcooked and the bases too burnt to be eaten. We are disappointed in Tony's ! This time most was put into the bin, we expected better and wanted nice food.

I always love Tonys but to forget a whole pizza!!?? 😩

Food itself was amazing let down by the delivery driver who told me WHAT TIMe to order my food as it was obviously an inconvenience for him to get to me. Really put me off ordering again, rude behaviour.

Get a collecton from here every thutsday and was just praisng them for their pizza the other night but pizza delivery tonight was very disappointing. Pizza was over cooked. The cook would have known this when taking it out the oven but just sent it anyways. £14 down the plug. Thank you 😊 👍
