Not as good as their usual. We usually pick up but decided to get it delivered. It was 25 mins later than the time we requested and the food was quite cold. Would definitely order again but will stick with picking up in future.

Delivery was late!!Pizzas were overcooked and the bases too burnt to be eaten. We are disappointed in Tony's ! This time most was put into the bin, we expected better and wanted nice food.

I always love Tonys but to forget a whole pizza!!?? 😩

Food itself was amazing let down by the delivery driver who told me WHAT TIMe to order my food as it was obviously an inconvenience for him to get to me. Really put me off ordering again, rude behaviour.

Get a collecton from here every thutsday and was just praisng them for their pizza the other night but pizza delivery tonight was very disappointing. Pizza was over cooked. The cook would have known this when taking it out the oven but just sent it anyways. £14 down the plug. Thank you 😊 👍

The pizza was very good, chips less so. Delivery indicated at 1 hour 20 minutes but took nearly 2 hours. Food cold on arrival - very disappointed.

First time Ive ordered from them in ages and I was a wee bit disappointed. Unusually the food arrived late and it was barely warm. I had asked for red jalapeos as an extra on my Pizza and got green ones. I know this is minor but it is attention to detail. My chips were also a bit greasy which is unusual.I ordered this as a treat as I have been poorly all weekend and this was a complete let down. They will get another chance to redeem themselves at some point but I should have saved my money on this one.

Chips reheated poor not fresh . The chicken was ok the sausage batter was dried out . Hard .Not your usual standard

Disappointed with the delivery time. Food was not as good as normal. Food was not warm as normal and quality was low compared to normal standards. Will be a while until we are back ordering here again. Disappointing

Mince pie wasn't cooker fully through meat was still a bit pink in some areas so wasn't eaten.

We always use Tonys but this time it seemed as if the fish was reheated 😕

Busy night, took over 90 mins to arrive and wasnt good when it did. Clearly been made a while ago. A shame but just one of those things

Put the pickles I ordered separately on my partners food. His chips were covered in the pickle juice so he couldnt eat it
