I hate writing bad reviews but this place has went down hill. Ordered fried pizza and it wasnt the best didnt help that by the time I got my delivery the food was cold. Did not enjoy this and its not like me cause I usually enjoy Tonys usually the best chippy to go to.

Our order of fish and chips . Pizza and chips were cold . Not like this usually but wast warm very cold

We ordered 2 haggis suppers and 1 chicken pakora, the haggis was lovely the chips were awful they didnt look or taste like freshly cooked chips, the pakora was tasteless. On the whole a big disappointment.

Delivered in the timeframe given however the pizza was literally black.Still tasted good but cmon team!

Chips were Reheats no very nice

As my favourite takeaway in Whitburn has massively increased their prices, I am currently looking for an alternative takeaway, safe to say it will NOT be Tonys. The food was awful, onion rings were frozen (shop bought), the chicken breast steaks were tasteless, and the chips didnt appear to be fresh. Ill be trying another shop next time.

forgot the juice I ordered 2 x 500ml bottles of irn bru the delivery driver said I will check the order he said Ive got irn bru in my boot of my car so he gave me 2 x 330 ml cans but I lost out on money which this establishment does on a regular basis no juice, forgotten pickles etc and the fish was rank rotten stank my house out for a good few hours and didnt taste nice the delivery driver looked like he hadnt had a wash in months wont be ordering again no wonder the stuff is so cheap

I specifically said in the instructions I was allergic to tomatoes and cucumber however decide to put tomatoe on my burger glad I check my bloody food before eating it

Sorry to say Disappointed; why? The fish was on the hot plate to long it was not fresh. The chips were chewy. Not up to the high standard I have come to expect from this top take a way. Sorry but I give honest opinion.

Ordered food it was slow coming called Tonys at was told in a not good manner that food had left . Food came the hamburger was yuck wee bit pink chips were yuck . Ill not be back customer service and food let me not wanting food here again 1/10

Bogging

Delivery time frame is shocking, well over the estimate provided and the king rib was disgusting. Tasted off. Never again!

Sorry but the pizza I ordered was not up to what I have come to expect. Not much chicken. And a bit over done in the oven. However on the plus side it was delivered inside the hour and hot and a great delivery so thanks for that. Im sure the shop was busy.

Normally excellent but food was luke warm and fish was soggy, not the usual standard for Tonys!

Was really disappointed tonight.. Ordered a hamburger supper.. When it came I cldnt eat it it was very dry and quite burnt. Such a waste of money!!

Delivery was Lukewarm at best & late by 20mins, Sausage super portion was poor (more like a child's portion) and Pizza was tasteless... Will not be using again!!!!
