We try our best to deliver the hottest food possible to our customers but due to distance to far locations make it often impossible as it's been the case with you as you're in Stoneyburn area. With all due respect, you ordered a simple Cheese & Tomato pizza and chips so it made us surprised as to what kind of flavour were you expecting. Our pizzas are high in demand alongside other dishes on our menu simply due to freshly baked dough & in-house prepared pizza sauce. We're sorry to hear that you couldn't enjoy your food this time but we'll assert you to try different pizzas and hope to see you soon.

Sorry to hear about your experience which is definitely not one would like to hear from its customers. We encourage our customers to come & collect their food which is quick & saving on delivery charge. Due to a customer demand we resumed to deliver to stoneyburn area which is very much outward for our drivers. With due respect you mentioned in your notes "don't knock at the door & call us if can't find us" & this is exactly what the driver did. All our food are packed separately bags so it doesn't get crushed but if it has been the case with you, please mention this in your next order & it'll be taken care of. Thank you

Due to overwhelming demand in our customers & the distance to Fauldhouse from the takeaway, we allocate extra time for deliveries to ensure that our customers get the hot and fresh food all the time. It's ensured that all pizzas are well cooked unless customers ask for otherwise. It's very hard to believe that we'll ever send burnt pizzas to our customers if that's been the case with you. Dear customer, we appreciate your time & sorry to hear that you misunderstood the menu. Your order was a 12" CALZONE & a mince samosa & it was exactly delivered to you as you told us over the phone. You mentioned that there were no chips & drink and you were reminded that you never asked for a Meal Deal and nothing was missing in your order. On Scoffable when you choose an item it takes you to second option to choose if you'd like to upgrade to a Meal Deal or not. It's to give liberty to our customers so that they can choose either to upgrade or not & merely not to impose on our customers. In your case you never upgraded as you mentioned that it was asking you to pay, but you never wanted to pay. You were also sent a printed leaflet which is very much clear to understand as well. You were repeatedly explained that there was no mistake on the order but since you were adamant to contact Scoffable about this despite you were not willing to listen to us over the phone, your wish was honoured and you were advised accordingly. We are proud to assure you and all our customers that we don't compromise on quality of our food. Thanks for your time. Our Doner Kabab are served with the original German Bread roll as you mentioned which is much better in quality than the typical pitta. It's high in demand too. We also serve soft pitta bread for shawarma kabab and if customer requests pitta bread can be provided with Doner Kabab too. We hope to see you again ☺. Thank you.
