Worst puree ive ever had the bread was like soggy wet dough the chicken has lumpy fat hard bits through it. The chicken pakora was soo dry. The chicken in the kebab and the pakora sauce were good.

Third time i have received 2 litre of diet irn bru which was 3 months out of date....... what else are they using thats past its sell by date.... will never use them again

I left a request around 4pm for my order to arrive around 8:30pm, I called them at 8:45pm giving them the benefit of the doubt to find out they hadn't even started making my order yet, almost an hour after I asked for my order it then arrived. Massively disappointed in the service this time.

Pizza was dry and luke warm, cheese was hard, shame as usually always good food from here. Additionally, the driver didn't come to the door with any change, i handed him £20 and he basically asked how much i wanted back, i told him to keep £4 for a tip and he didn't say thankyou.

Food wasnt nice but what made it worse is I notified them of an allergy and they send food with that allergy then when phoned back got wel send a new one to then phone over an hour later to get aww 15 to 20 mins so nearly 2 hours to replace there mistake. If you have an allergy avoid at all cost or they will try kill you. Wont ever be back worse place ever. One good note the delivery driver was amazing and managed to get the food re done even tho it tasted disgusting

Hi steven this is manager from flames i do apologise for what had happened accept our apology for that it was genuine mistake you ordered a chicken pakora with no raw onions on top but person who made your order didn't see the instruction but i am wondering you phoned and we sent it to you straightway i don't know the reason for this review when we sorted it out for you. I mean you did leave reviews in past and mentioned you wont be back and we always try our best to keep the service top class for our customers we are hoping to see some good reviews in future from yourself.

I had the 10ish munchy box and it tasted like cardboard it was so terrible and give me the wrong drink and can someone tell me if Coca Cola looks like Pepsi because last time I checked Coca Cola is red and Pepsi is blue how do u get it mixed up never going back here

Hi lewis sorry to hear about the wrong can was sent to you. Think you are unhappy about the can not the munchy box because i was working myself and made the munchy box nothing was wrong with it it was only can you were more annoyed with i run out the coca cola cans thats why we sent you Pepsi you should have phone rhe shop and let us know. I am sorry once again thanks

Hi Gareth this ia manager from flames. I spoke to yourself yesterday when you called the shop to explain chicken was missing in you dhansak. Gareth i did offer to replace you whole meal not only curry i said we will send you a full new meal on priority base and just give this whole meal back to driver but you refuse to take the offer i did apologise but you kept repeating the same issue i did everything to sort it out but you refused to take anything i mean i couldn't do anything after that. Hope we will sort it in future please don't let this put hou off hope to see you in future and will sort it out. Thanks flames

First and last time ever ordering from flames. The food was absolutely freezing when it arrived nearly 2 hours later, the food wasnt the best at all.

Waited over an hour on order when it came it was stone cold stuck to top of box and not a thing in it i ordered phoned the shop only to be told thats what i ordered i think i should no what i ordered definitely will never order from this place again

Hi Connie, this is the manager from Flames. First of all, your whole review is wrong , and it's a false review. We delivered your order within 35 minutes after you placed your order, and second, you ordered the budget box 3, which clearly says budget box 3 comes with mini calzone chips and cheese tub of sauce and can of juice you got exactly what you ordered I don't understand what was you were moaning about you had huge argument with me on the phone and said I have ordered a wrong thing . Then you phoned scoffable and wanted refund what we should refund you for? you got what you ordered, and now you are posting the wrong information and review on scoffable, but I'm glad I have made things very clear here for my other customers to read what had actually happened. So delivery driver pulls up doesnt have my change trys lie to me saying that he gave me the right amount he quite quickly changed his mind when he realised I had a camera and I did actually give him a £20 the fool still owes me £2 weather or not he assumed this was his tip which I dont give because they get paid enough is a disgrace not a first for flames drivers the owners know about this spoke openly about it in front of me before in the shop think If your paying with cash be very careful wont be ordering again luckily enough for me

Hi sorry for what happend last night. I would like to mention few things here first of all you should have phone the shop and let us know i spoke to my driver your order total was £13.70 my driver gave you £ 6.30 change but you were aggressive to my driver. And second you never ever placed order with us before u mentioned its not the first time happened from flames drivers this is very wrong saying customer service and satisfaction is first priority and if someone brings anything like this to our notice we take it very serious but because you never placed order with us before and my drivers have a great reputation they will never do anything like that to our customer as the reviews will tell customers has commented on drivers job and service too. The reason for your anger is that you are based in blackburn and you placed order and Christmas day and the you phoned 10 minutes late to find where the delivery was and i told you it 90 minutes time on it so you took the anger out on the driver. Its not the drivers fault they ate out trying their best to deliver customers food on Christmas day don't have right to speak to drivers aggressively. You were very impatient.Flames
