Food arrived an hour late, when it did arrive it came cold

I found a hair in my ice cream!! Im a regular customer I am disgusted will not order again!!!!!

Everytime i order i wait for suxh ablong time tge food is amazing however the wait time for deliveries is terrible..which stops me from ordering again

Took about 2 hours for a crepe to come it was cold n hard when delivered didnt even eat it

Arrived quite fast compared to the last time I ordered but 2 items were wrong and I cant get through to get it fixed. Avoid

Over 2 hours wait for my food ordered at 2138 and received my order at 2355, almost midnight, I fell asleep and was woken by a very loud chap at my door

The order didnt come till almost 12 at night, I ordered classic old school cake and got caramel old school cake

Place is alright but would be nice if i could get my entire order for once instead of always oh such and such is out of stock sorry every time i order its always the same

Cake was stale and both ice creams melted

Slow service food ok waffle could have been warm

Dont order unless you are willing to wait 3 hours for a wrong delivery

delivery over half an hour late

Ridiculous wait time for midweek delivery. Phoned to check progress of order after nearly two hours only to be drowned out by the music in the shop. Once the food finally arrived, half was cold and wasnt at the quality of previous orders

Spent £36 to be waiting until 1am for the delivery to now show. Last time my milkshake & cookie got dropped. Dont order unless u want to wait 4 hours for no delivery

Never received the order

3 hours and 10 minutes after ordering it arrived!Phoned the shop at 11 to be told would be with us in 10 minutes and it arrived at 12.10 absolutely freezing!!!

I've ordered a few timss before and the quality is usually good. The cappuccino milkshakes are phenomenal. However i received my crepe and its was missing a topping plus most of the caramel sauce had leaked. They didn't bother to put any filling in the crepe so it was really bland. Definitely not worth the price

Ordered a milkshake and a waffle at around 9.30pm got a time frame for delivery at 1 hour and 15 minutes, one hour and 30 minutes later I called up as it was getting later, the guy then said it was leaving the shop and it'll be 5 minutes, 15/20 minutes later went by and still no delivery so I called back asking for a refund as I was going to bed and it was extremely past the given time frame, the guy said he couldn't do a refund as the order has left the shop which is ridiculous he told me 10 more minutes, and said that they only had 1 driver and it was too busy therefore he shouldn't have accepted the order if they were struggling. Said he couldn't give me a refund. It then came at around 12pm and the milkshake was meant to be biscoff but it tasted of banana and the waffle was stone cold and the sauce was brick hard, absolutely terrible service and the fact I wasn't issued a refund
