The food was delicious as usual, but took about an hour and a half to reach me 10 mins away!Approximate delivery was 50 mins!

Order confirmed at 17:57. Estimated delivery time 50 minutes.I called the restaurant Aroma, at 19:39 to check where the order was. Was told it's on its way.Order arrived at 19:59 more than an hour late. On inspection chicken was missing from one of the dishes - Chasni Chicken Tikka. Only a tub of sauce with no chicken. I called the restaurant at 20:03. Was initially told a replacement would be 45 minutes. I explained this was too long and a full refund would be required if it wasnt delibered sooner. I was then told it would be with me soon.20:50 it still hadn't arrived and embarrassingly I had to feed my guests other food and leftovers so they could head home.Have ordered previously from there with no issues but this is unacceptable.

Order was meant to be estimated at 50 mins, time of year expected a bit longer.. 1 hour 45 mins passed called the restaurant, and was told it would be 5 mins and was out for delivery.. 15 mins later called again and was told they had just receved the order. We have 2 young children waiting for dinner on Christmas Eve..Unacceptable and to be lied to on possibly 2 occasions after 2 and a half hours eventually cancled the order and my wife went down to bravo chippy, and was home writhin 15mins. Great service 👍🏻

The food was good, but I had to wait over two hours. I was also told twice that my order had already left for delivery, which turned out to be untrue.

1st time ive had a meal which l didn't enjoy. I chose the meal for 1. Pakora for starter which was nice. Traditional chicken curry..chicken was hard..sauce was oily..could see a film of oil on the top. I also ordered pashweri naan. It all broke up when i removed from the bag. Disappointed tonight

I ordered to pick up. When I got home. I found, that they hadn't put my vegetable pakora into the order. I called them and got absolutely nowhere with them. So I'm £4.50 down, and had to go without my starter.

Said it would take 50 mins but it took over an hour and a half, I had to phone and find out where it was. It arrived and it was freezing cold, the chips were soggy and so were the poppadoms.

Food was great. However, we ordered a bottle of Coke, which was not delivered. We pointed this out to the delivery driver, who just shrugged and said they would phone the restaurant to get it brought to us. Still waiting...

Food is normally top class, but delivery took 1hour 30mins, food was cold. Hopefully a one off.

The chicken was dry in korma and wasnt able to eat it.

Very disappointing after reading that they have just won an award. I got a takeaway cost £60 for 3 currys and 2 garlic nans and was looking forward to something very special for the price and award winning restaurant but was let down with the quality . Fast delivery through

Was really looking forward to trying here as we love Nepalese food but this was terrible wont be using them again
