Delivery person got stuck due to road closure and still went out of their way to deliver. Great service!

Order at 7.30 got meal which was missing one meal and and another which was wrong so phoned up manger said he would sort it then it took them 2 hours and 30 to replace them I know it the Bo'ness fair. I also phone again and the man said it would he there in ten min but half hour later still not here so phone again and he said the car broke down which is fine I understood but he much of known when I phoned and an apology would off been nice

Pizza wasnt bad but the delivery driver was disgustingly rude he rand the door bell and left the food on the floor in the pouring rain cardboard was wet when I said to him he shrugged his shoulders and laughed

Arrived late which is not like the takeaway. When it did arrive the delivery driver proceeded to leave my food on the doorstep and walk away after chapping the door. This has happened before which I complained to the restaurant manager about who said hed have a word but its still happening. I paid extra to get only chicken pakora in my munchy box only to find it full of mixed pakora which I dont eat or like. Granted the takeaway sent up more chicken pakora but I had to wait longer especially when their delivery driver (same guy) sat outside my house for 5 minutes before he decided to bring it in. Very, very disappointed with this delivery. Add that to the driver telling me to go cook your own food when I complained to him about leaving the food on the doorstep. I dont think well use this takeaway again.

Gave me wrong order! Wont use again, asked for separate sauce it was covered. Asked for chicken tikka kabab full of donner meat. Most was put in the bin. The other order I got the week before was ok, but it was burnt and cold

Donor meat and pakora over cooked. Very unlike them as its normally really good

The delivery was over 20 minutes later than suggested and the food was warm at best. However, the biggest issue was that it was left on the doorstep after the knock on the door, as opposed to handing over to me. Will not be using again.

This is the first time Ive ever used this Takeaway and wont be the last.Ordering is easy, Delivery time as asked for, Driver very pleasant, Food quality excellent and piping hot. You will not get a better service anywhere. Thanks a lot for a brilliant experience.

The wait was a little long but the driver explained that they had a busy time and the food on arrival was still warm and yummy, i reccomend
