1 hours and 30 mins for order to be delivered, along with no knock at the door. Food was decent, not very warm though.

Waited for two hours for delivery. Starters were not hot - and not what we ordered. Curry was ordered with Chicken tikka - I dont think so! The curry was sooooo hot there was no flavour at all and so greasy it was impossible to wash the containers. Unfortunate as we have ordered here twice before and the food was delicious and arrived on time. Wonder if there has been a change of chef?

Poor currys, very over priced!

Over two and a half hours waiting for food not good and Luke warm

Not the best experience. Ordered mixed grill which comes with a curry sauce, original delivery estimate 40 mins, but turned up after an hour and half, which generally speaking happens more often than not on pretty all scoffable takeaways so not too much of an issue. However, curry sauce that comes with mixed grill wasnt delivered and we hadnt ordered any other curries, so now weve got a meal with no sauce. Tried to call takeaway to be met with an automated switch board and no direct number to the takeaway. Sat on hold for ten minutes to be hung up on. Found another number which was a mobile, the person on the other end didnt seem to be in the takeaway itself and refused to believe the order had been delivered as his system wasnt showing it as delivered, despite the order sitting in front of me with no curry sauce. Eventually convinced him it had actually been delivered and he notified the takeaway the sauce was missing and we were told it would arrive in half an hour. Another hour and a half later the sauce eventually turned up, which ended up being the tiniest little pot of curry sauce, that wasnt even that nice and tasted more like carrot soup than curry. Thankfully we gave up waiting for the sauce and ate without. Squid rings also ended soggy and chewy due to the moisture trapping box with no air vents they are delivered in. Rest of the meal was okay, but the strange customer service setup and long delivery times ruined the experience.

Wasnt happy tonight with food. Chicken felt mushy and it was hot which I asked for but I just felt burn and not flavour. Wasnt enjoyable. Quite disappointed

Starters and chips all soggy

Tikka Naanwich was terrible. (Had Nothing tikka about it) A Naan style wrap drowned in a very strange tasting overly spiced sauce. Ordered Garlic Naan received plain. Food arrived on time but it was barely warm, chips were rubber. Sadly I dont see myself ordering from here again.

The boxes for the starters arent ideal for the type of food. The batter was really soggy. Maybe something like chippy boxes would not make food soggy and trap the condensation. The squid would be better if in breathable boxes. Delivery was late and food was very cold. My hubby had bell bottom special nanwhich and said it was awful. Meant to be cheese pita an no cheese. Least the bbq sauce was there only thing that made it slightly tasty.I had the make your own nanwhich. Chicken tikka and paneer tikka.. I think they forgot the chicken, tasted like quorn chicken. I certainly didnt order vegan chicken thats for sure. Dont know what was in my nanwhich but it was not chicken an there was no cucumber of which I asked for for one of my two veggies to be added. It was the lack of chicken and cheese of which we were expecting that killed it for the both of us.

Our order took 2 hours to arrive (40 mins later than our confirmation emailed stated it would be). I repeatedly called the number provided which is a personal mobile number which was never answered and then I noticed the takeaway's status was changed to "closed". Our food eventually arrived and although everything tasted good, it was all luke warm, everything had to be reheated which meant the chips were soggy and for some reason the poppadoms were not crisp, could fold them in half before they snapped! Overall, this was not a good experience. If someone had answered one of our many calls and clarified the situation (order received and coming but we are short staffed so unusually slow etc) it would have been better but with no communication I can only assume this is standard procedure for this takeaway. Food was decent but not good enough to redeem the other flaws. Wont be ordering again.

Delivery time stated 40 mins but waited 90 and part of my order was missing, they did deliver it 10 mins later. Food was okay.
