Ordered at 6.15 PM delivered at 8PM absolutely unacceptable.

Worse fish supper that I have had. I use the Bowhouse chip shop a lot and over the past few weeks it has gotten worse. Fish has been left under the hot lights too long and the chips were certainly not fresh. For someone that worked in catering, I know the food was left too long under the lights so it becomes very dry to the extent there is not much left of the fish. I understand that you have to make a profit but this was disgusting. Think its time to make a change.

I have used Bowhouse for a while but this time the fish was not fresh, either it was from the night before or left to long Unser the hit lights but it was not nice, neither was the chips, a let down

£4.50 for tiny mozzarella stickspaid extra £1.20 for cheese on myhoagie barely even got a grating £4 for delivery took ages and arrived cold

The order took nearly 2 hours to reach us ,food was over cooked absaluty disgusting, pizza was like leather defo avoid

The batter is too thick,fish very thin.no flavour.

Very thick flour coated on the fish.

Haggis wasn't nice chips didn't look or taste fresh

Food overcooked to the point of cremation, according to them a half chicken = 2x small legs ? requested items cooked in batter - not cooked in batter, in short a complete waste of money. I will never use the Bowhouse again. Food binned.
