Got a sandwich which had moldy bits around the sides

Sausage over cooked, asked for one box with black pudding and one with haggis and both boxes came with haggis. Asked for brown sauce in one box and never received any. Bacon was very hard.

Waited 90 minutes gir them to phone and cancrl my order. You stated your driver had broken down but uou were still offering delivery service on the app until you closed. I have contacted Scoffable about my refund and you didnt notify them of yhe cancelled order.

It was not terrible just no real taste and no opinions to add to your baguette was disappointing with a few changes could be really good everything was warm and well packaged

Really was unhappy with worker on phone laughed when i reported my food freezing when im only 5mins away, driver said hewas at my door when he wasnt and i have a notice on my door to ring door bell

Food was cold when arrived. Also did not receive my extras. E.g. hash brown or potato scone. Also bacon was under cooked. Not an enjoyable meal and sorry to say will not use again.

Collected our sandwich box, baguette and portion of chips. When my son came to collect was asked to wait as were cooking fresh chips!!If these were fresh I would not like to see un fresh ones lets put it that way! Hard as a brick, very uncooked and looked as bad as tasted.

Sorry guys its a no from me today. Delivery took nearly 2 hours. Order was incorrect. Chips were burnt and soggy. Making them inedible. Disappointing as previous orders have been good.

normally number one fan here but waited 2 hours on 2 rolls and didnt have my order when i phoned, gutted normally food is good but delivery times are baaad

I placed order at 12.15 and it came around 2pm. I appreciate that you can be busy but my steak pie and chips were stone cold and the bread in my sandwich was stale like the bread had been lying out for a while. The filing was nice. Really disappointed and probably wont order again.

We do apologise that your steak pie wasnt warm either. We would like to put this right and if you would be kind enough to phone the cafe and place an order for lunch or breakfast it will be on us!! Delivery was over 1.5 hrs and eventually went to collect order myself to then get home and realise an item was missing so had to drive back very disappointed.

So sorry you were disappointed. When you phoned we did explain that the time given was estimated as we were extremely busy and both drivers out delivering. You asked if collection would be quicker and we said yes. Unfortunately an item was missing but when you came back we did give you 3 traybakes as a gesture of goodwill which we hope you enjoyed. Baked Potato Box advertised as including Salad, Coleslaw and Crisps, but only received the potato and it's topping. Disappointed that this was not as advertised on the menu.

Salt and chilli chicken wrap was tiny and was more a square than wrap, tuna mayo sandwich was basic. Delivery was quick and was reasonably priced.

With regards to the tuna sandwich, I really dont know what to say? Perhaps you would have enjoyed the sand icy box better which includes, salad, crisps and coleslaw with your sandwich. We hope it wont put you off ordering again

The mac & cheese with chips for £6 is shocking portion size. Few soggy chips with 1 big spoon of pasta and to charge £6 for something that you can see all of the bottom of the dish. The rest of the food ordered was ok nothing special but at least they were right size for price. The delivery took a long time as well

We always want our food to be enjoyed by our customers and it honestly makes us all a bit sad when we know you arent happy with our food. Absolutely no excuse, however our cook had to leave urgently as her father was rushed to hospital so it wasnt our usual cook, and also one of our staff didnt turn up so we were crazy busy all day/ We want all our customers to be happy so if you want to call the cafe, we will glady deliver you another lunch free of charge. Once again please accept our apologies

Ive eaten breakfast many times at the cafe (which is great), and I cant believe this came from the same place. the takeaway breakfast was terrible. Bacon, eggs & lorne sausage all burnt, and not sure why they dont include link sausage, which are so good in the cafe. The portion was tiny compared to cafe also. The delivery time was good, but thats the only positive I can find. Doubt Id ever order takeaway here again - which is such a shame as their in-cafe food is so good.
