Wrong cakes supplied and when I called the cafe, their phone number is out of service. Chicken burger was cheap, reformed meat, not breast meat. Child enjoyed her sausage and chips but was highly disappointed as she didn't get her dessert. Neither of us like red velvet. If it was a case of the other cakes being out of stock, they should have called to ask if we wanted something different or a refund. First time trying this cafe and sadly won't be back.

I asked for a yolky egg and both of them were burnt. sausage was burnt as well, I won't be back especially since they never took in what I wanted for my order.

Ordered 2 breakfasts and a French toast with Nutella and strawberries and most of the breakfast was overcooked and the French toast was missing.

Ordered at 2:20pm and didnt arrive till after 4 so almost two hours, did arrive and food was just cold and soggy, wouldnt recommend

Soup was cold and toastie was more just warm bread

Driver chapped door, knocked and rung door bell about 5-10 times repeatedly within the same 10-20 seconds. no need for it at all when people in the house are sleeping for night shift, just pure ignorance and disrespect. Driver walked away when I mentioned it. I wont be back.
