No delivery full order

Ordered at 2:20pm and didnt arrive till after 4 so almost two hours, did arrive and food was just cold and soggy, wouldnt recommend

Soup was cold and toastie was more just warm bread

Driver chapped door, knocked and rung door bell about 5-10 times repeatedly within the same 10-20 seconds. no need for it at all when people in the house are sleeping for night shift, just pure ignorance and disrespect. Driver walked away when I mentioned it. I wont be back.

They were 2 hours late wirh order it was cold rhe person that the breakfast was ordered for left my home before it got here ...... the food when it was rehaeted was tasty and well cooked but they should have informed me they were going to be late with it that my only compaint lack of communication

food was no as described was dry and delivery was late couldnt even get chocolate delivery correct wont be back

Food arrived cold, chips were like stones, got nachos all it was was crisps and cheese... no salsa etc.

The baked potato was very dry, the lettuce in the salad was brown and the bottle of irn bru was flat.

Cafe 13 is the same place as Cosy Corner cafe, I only discovered this after I ordered. The soup I got was just a small cup of brown water and it was horrendous! If like me, you don't like Cosy Corner Cafe and have avoided it then don't be fooled by the new name. I did get a refund for the unedible "soup".

Ordered this food at 9:30am and it didnt arrive until 11am with a cold square sausage and the roll was definitely an aldo morning roll. The latte was fine but the timing was absolutely atrocious. Fast forward I thought food will make up for it. Never again
