Poor quality chicken , asked for and paid for separate salad but came on kebab . Orders in the past have been supplied wrong.

punjabi massala missing at least a couple of ingrediants.Tasteless;poppodoms stale,very old,not frash.Onion rings in a pakora,lazy cooking.

Wrong order delivered again. Poor quality.

Didnt deliver what I requested and upon phoning the restaurant and complaining to then be told I DID receive what I ordered and I was in fact WRONG. Definitely WILL NOT BE BACK. Had to reorder one meal from another restaurant and got exactly what I asked for.

First try was 2 hours late, very cold. The cheese had shaped round the chips like a brick and fell out the tray in the shape of one. There was no pitta bread in the kebab.. They re sent it out in record timethe chicken in the kebab was raw. Had literally been tossed on the grill to get colour and put in the tub. It was slimey, pink and you could see the fibres of the white bit. I had unfortunately put a piece in my mouth and felt the raw and then investigated further, it was all the same. We requested a refund and it was refused ! I quite possibly will have food poisoning tomorrow. I wonder if that will warrant a refund ?

I didnt really enjoy mine as the chicken had a lot of fatty and grizzly pieces, the cheese was tasteless and weird probably because it was cold after being melted! Others enjoyed theirs, but a lot of money for nothing exciting!

Absolutely disgusting. Ordered food at 19:42Hrs and at 23:00Hrs the food still hadnt been delivered. Called 4 times and each time I was given an excuse and told it was on its way. Was trying to call the shop for 15 minutes before it closed at 23:00Hrs but phones were constantly busy.

Ordered king kebab No Sauce with sauce on the side ab the kebab came swimming in sauce and had sauce on the side. Was terrible

I used to use here a lot very disappointed. Put collection in wasnt even started when I arrived. Kebab pizza, lucky if there was even a full strip between the slices.

Tarka Dahl flat and boring a tin of lentil soup would have had more kick , pilau rice different again seems theres no consistency with whats being cooked used to be a great place not so much now

2 hours 45 mins for delivery. Phone shop after an hour to be told on its way phone back again 1hour 40 mins to be told driver has mixed up order and would be sent right away. Then have to wait another 40 mins

Order was stone cold by the time it was delivered and they were closed when i called them.

Without being long windedordered a 1.75ltr of juice received a 1.5ltr called to advise them, then realised the salad for my meal was missing so called again and I was passed to a male employeeagain without going into to much detail this male used the phrase there are plenty starving people in the world and when I asked if he would eat cold food he said yes I would( offered to send salad I declined as said my food would go cold) the rudeness of this man was astounding and I am by no means finished with this..

Delivery was late and by the time food arrived it was cold disappointed that they argued back about food being cold and refused a refund.

Food was cold when it arrived and delivery was late. Real shame as this place is usually very good.

Ordered at 18.05 didnt arrive until 20.05 and the food was freezing cold not happy at all!

All the meat was burnt and worst biryani ever. 40 quid wasted never again
