Waited over 2 hours called them about 3 times to see where it was ..was told would receive a full refund still havent had and food was freezing

Normally the curries are really good but today i have been sick wasted almost £25 not happy

Usually the pizzas are class but tonight they were burnt at the bottom and not as tasty.

Once again they didn't add cheese to the king kebab ... they have done this several times before and although it costs extra for the cheese, i've never had a refund.Both kebabs that i ordered were barely warm and the meat was hard - definitely not fresh at all.Very disappointing. Would never have had this from previous owners.

Food didnt arrive, Delivery time was after close time so when tried phoning no answer. Had to order from elsewhere at 11.30pm. Such a shame as food is usually lovely but the delivery side seems to let them down.

I ordered a pizza a supreme garlic bread a just got garlic bread 4 slices with nothing on it a supreme about that and the meat feast pizza ok a could have done with more meat on It. Very medioca.

We order food and my kids finally when they get it this time food was cold and we do not blame cafe Shabaz I think its delivery driver fault cos after when they start eat their food they found out drink are missing so he waiting for his drink so long especially he finish his meal and after got his drink back .So I dont get it who dont take attention for customer orders so my kids first time said their are disappointed especially if they chose this place to order

Did not receive tubs of sauces 😡😡

Ordered chips, cheese and tomato ketchup - my chips were literally drowned in ketchup and unable to eat them.

Never got my food and not getting a refund

Food was cold and disgusting and we never received our two cans of cola.

Ordered at 5 its now 8pm hasn't turned up not even a phone call from takeaway or driver was a brilliant takeaway will never order from here again shambles

I am a pescatarian ordered a prawn korma to be giving a chicken one and couldnt get through to call them last night.

Meat tasted old or stale, very dry and salty, definitely not freshly cookedWorst meal we have ever had from this takeaway

Order never turned up

Order was extremely late in being delivered. Food was fine when it did arrive but delivery was not upto standard sadly.

Chicken wings were burnt and couldnt be eaten

Discusting, everything was freezing cold there was even a bite out of of the chips do not recommend
