Last twice Ive ordered from use my dinners been cold had reheat it myself

Salt and chilli chips were not good, also requested no coriander- which wasnt acknowledged- loads used.

Took over an hour and a half to come and it was cold to

Waited 2 hours for my delivery which never arrived

2hr wait for a cold inedible pizza which looked like it had been dropped on the floor and thrown back in the box

When the food arrived. It was wrong. So straight away phoned up. It was busy. Tried again. And again, 30 times over an hour. Even contacting Scoffable themselves and them trying, nothing. So not sure what went on tonight. Hate to give a bad review, however its a needs must. Sorry.

Didn't add the cheese I requested on kebab. Wouldn't have minded so much if this was a one off, but this has happened 3 times now and they have the cheek to charge me for it.

wrong pizza was delivered

Chips where like mcds fries, chicken wasnt much looked and taste out of a freezer, small portions of chicken, didnt taste much, and cold when it arrived

Their delivery drivers like to play frisbee with the pizzas before delivering. Twice in a row the pizza has been squished into a ball from terrible handling.

I am so disappointed as this is one my favourite takeaways. Tonight I got wrong order and it was really cold. I understand mistakes can happen but girl on the phone was rude and told me the chef had just made it. Why would I lie about it being cold. Awaiting full refund and had to order again from elsewhere.

I usually order from here and have a excellent service but tonight was the worst ever. Waited over two hours on the food to arrive then when it did it was cold and the salad had started to turn with the heat from the food whist it was in the delivery car Spending just under £24 for something that's ready for the bin when it arrives is disappointing Don't think I'll be ordering from here in the future

Had curry meat was.dry.doner meat and chips very little meat for price and chips not great.

My food was delivered 1.45minutes it took to come I called shop said it was on its way it came food was frozen boxes all bashed chips falling out of side. And they also forgot the juice when I called back they said I would be refunded and they would bring the juice this took a further lengthy time and still sent the wrong juice

Didnt receive my juice and after the delivery driver noticing I was told I it would be delivered, waited and not delivered at all

I ordered food at 7pm but it had not arrived by 9pm, payment was made online and I had to phone shop to check. Was told that there must have been mix up due to being busy. And I would receive fresh meal, ended up not receiving 4 meals till 9.40pm, food was ok, but not acceptable, when we regular customers who give great reviews. Disapointed!! 😔

Complete shambles of a take away, every single time I order there is a problem, glass bottle? A tiny wee 330ml bottle! Disgrace! Allergic to certain ingredients and wont look at the notes when TOLD! Deliver your food a second time and STILL cant get it right! Last ever order from this incompetent establishment

Food arrived quickly but was very bland. No heat to the South Indian Garlic Chilli and sauce was very runny. Also sentva plain naan rather than garlic. Disappointing.

It was cold when I got it

Peperoni pizza was almost whitout peperoni on 16 inch pizza i count and i had 10 slices of peperoni. I will never order from this place. First and last timeBut delivery was quick enough in time what they said

They mixed our order up then we called up to get it fixed said it was being re made sat up till midnight waiting on it and it still never arrived absolutely ridiculous
