my food was coldwaited almost two hours for deliveryhow can you send something like that to eat?

Too much donner meat. No mushrooms, peppers or onions as advertised. Chips are poor

Requested salad on both burgers but no salad...requested brown sauce on chips but no sauce...they used the salad they would normally use for kebabs to make a prawn cocktail which contains minted cabbage who makes a prawn cocktail with minted cabbage...onions on burger were incinerated...not great at all

The food is good when they get your order right, always having issues with the staff.

I Ordered a Donner Kebab & Irn Bru, paid by card and it wasnt delivered!! Terrible service from Cafe Shabaz and Scoffable. I wont be back again as a customer.

Forgot our juice, phoned to ask regarding it to be told it would be sent for nothing to be sent.

After waiting 1.5 hrs for delivery the the least I would expect Is hot food but you seem to think your service was up to your standards. Not good enough.

Food was awful. Mixed kebabs were so salty it was inedible and after paying for separate chilli sauce, none arrived. Pizza was cold and little toppings. Wont be ordering from there again unfortunately. Very, very disappointed ☹

Was missing parts of order and when I called them they hung up on me. Also ignored info box. Two people my house allergic to a specific ingredient and this ignored aswell Terrible customer services

Waited an hour and a half for delivery last night. Phoned them an hour in and tbh i think they had forgot about my order as it took another half hour to arrive.

Missed something for my order waiting an hour and still never turned up with the missing item then I phone the shop to tell them after waiting an hour for them not to bother about sending it out, to get abuse on the phone for a chef that works there, driver turned up at the door 1 hour and 25 mins after I had phone about the missing item with it. I then connected scoffable for a refund of the item as I told the driver and the chef that I did not want to wait for the item any long as I think over an hour for a missing item is a joke. Scoffable had said that the shop have refused to give me a refund for the item that I did not receive. Misstakes happen and I would have been ok with them saying we r too busy and can we just give u a refund or add it on to my next order but no it will be sent out as soon as possible was what I was told in the phone by a counter staff. I will never order from this place again due to the way the chef spoke to me on the phone. Have no respect no apologies for them taking that long or nothing.

Packaging crushed, food was barely luke warm. I ended up binning most of it. Poor show, usually good from here
