Along with my order , i ordered 4 cans of juice 2z irn bru ,2xvimto but instead i got 3 cans 1 vimto,1xcoke,1x irn bru,,,,,,,, this is the last ,,problem after problem with this shop

More than a two hour wait. When we eventually got through on the phone they stated that they didnt have a order from myself despite having placed and paid for the order via Scoffable. When it arrived the food was substandard didnt bother calling again just binned it and worse it off wont be using again service shocking. Delivery driver was excellent however shame on the shop !

Simply the worst box of food I have ever had. Where was the onion in the onion rings?

The chicken kebab was fatty, donner nice, however couldn't eat the chicken. Shame.

Chicken taest like it was dipped in a mop bucket donner meat dry as a bone. The girlfrirnd enjoyed the hoggie.

Curry was amazing, really tastey and full of lovely pieces of nicely cooked lamb. Nan bread was also really tasty and was big enough to be used as a baby's shawl! However the mixed starter was big dissapointment. Some pieces were hard, some were soft, some were not homemade, just overall not a nice eating experience. It might just be the food had been out fordelivery for a while but just didn't enjoy it at all.

It would help greatly if takeaways would actually look at the food they are belting nto takeaway cartons BEFORE it goes out to customers.I recieved a korma that's sauce was so thick i managed to get a spoon to stand up in it by itself tonight. It was pure coconut paste...who is actually making these meals?Im done with livingston takeaways...tonight was the last straw.I paid nearly £16 for a korma and a nan which went into the bin. Can't eat the nan without the curry!....,yet i was only offered a refund of the £9.95 (!!!!!...its cheaper in Edinburgh!) For the curry.Brilliant

Food absolutely disgusting ,two boxes off curry only five prawn in two boxes,mixed meat too much red food coloring,pizza disgusting also red food coloring. Never again.

This is the second time we ordered with them , I must say the food I great unfortunately both times though we had to put out food in the oven to warm it up again as it was cold. And on phoning the second time the girl took my husband's number bad said someone will call back but we never had a call. So for the fact we spent over £20 and the food was cold again I don't think we will order with them again.

Garlic mayo was meant to be on the chips and wasnt. They also didnt leave the food at the door so I had to come into contact with the woman

For the 3rd time in 3 weeks ive ordered from this shop and not going back, no way the food is fresh reheated definitely ,kebab meat was so hard i couldn't eat it ,pakoras wer the same absolutely terrible , it was freezing cold had to reheat it in my microwave for a £30 order i should be calling the council trading standards on this shop selling ,, reheated food thats definitely not fresh from the start,, even there cans of coke were warm ,,, people stay away dont waste ur money go elsewhere

Fried chicken and chips consisted of a hard , dry, fried chicken breast ( no batter).Our 2 curries were BRIGHT red and had a strange artificial consistency. Only thing nice was the Biriyani but after wasting £40 I am not impressed!

ordered chips cheese and chilli sauce, never got my chilli sauce.

Order garlic. May. On, chips paid, extra for garlic mayo separate. As. I'm. Allergic to chilli order came no. Garlic mayo. On chips and a tub of chilli sauce had a dry meal as. Couldnt use chilli sauce due to. Allergy stopped usi,g this company as always getting orders wrong gave it one more chance and guess what order wro g but could have had bad medical consecuences hate paying extra and not recieving what I've paid for

Didnt fet everything i ordered. I called to complain and they told me they would bring rest of order, which they didnt bother doing. Meal went cold and in the bin.

I paid an extra 50 pence for pink sauce but received only chilli sauce. Its very irritating the fact of getting charged extra 50p or 60p for pink sauce or garlic mayo when theres no charge for having either actually on the kebab. It does not cost 50p or 60p for a small plastic tub and the fact youre paying for this in the slightly higher prices compared to other takeaways in the kebabs or munchie boxs it is nothing short of greed being asked to pay 50/60p for a small plastic tub, even worse when you dont receive it after paying it. Ive used Shebaz for years but the prices are getting higher and the portions smaller, last twice weve had a king kebab weve had less donor meat than in a large. Quality is not excellent but the rest needs to improve to what it used to be.

2hrs 40 mins to deliver. Food was cold and without requested condiments. Spoke to someone at the shoo who offered to send the order out again but pointles at 21:40 at night with a tires 4 year old without dinner. Said the would refund my meal but not seen anythibg on my account as of yet. Not far off £20 in the bin.

Really disappointed there was not a lot of donner meat like there usually is plus not a lot of the tandoori chicken either
