1 star service

There was something hard in the Korma i thought id broken a tooth at 1st. It was also a bit ti sweet for my liking. The Pilau rice & chapatti were delicious though.

Food was cold

Gave me food poisoning, will be contacting scoffable for a refund.

Food took well over an hour and was cold when it arrived. Some of the chicken was undercooked and the rest of the food was soggy.

Meal wasnt up to much - I wont use Cafe Shabaz again Im afraid

Waited 3 hours for this order! Placed ordered at 18:54, phoned them 4 times to be told it would be 5/10 minutes and it didnt turn up until 21:43!! Absolute joke.

Generally fine, however they forgot a sauce, they gave wrong cans of juice. Variety in the munchie box was awful. There was a massive amount of chips, but one piece of Chicken Tikka in the most expensive box. As a long-time customer, most likely will find a new Indian take-away to purchase from.

Food delicious but cold when arrived.

Forgot a bag of our food. Called to say & 20 minutes after the first bag arrived they delivered the second , which had been laying in the shop. Chips were then soggy & pakora was Luke warm. Real shame they didnt just cook fresh food from their own mistake.

Didnt receive the sauces (which I paid £2.40 for), phoned and told they would send them out straight away, 40 minutes later they arrived and by this point pizzas were cold, unfortunately not the first time this has happened wont be ordering from them again

This was the second time wed asked for no onions and still go them. We also asked for the nan to be thin and well done but wasnt done. Otherwise food was great 👍

Far to salty

Pizza was well cooked but there was barely any topping on it. I counted 3 pieces of pepperoni on a 12" pizza. Poor show, used to be a regular here but will use elsewhere from now on.

It was almost 3 hours I waited on it to arrive and the food was cold it’s as if it was made about 2 hours before it was delivered to me

Ordered and paid online for the delivery driver to come to the door and try to get the money AGAIN in his words it was ‘orders from the shop that it needed paid’. Got that resolved to eat the food and for it to be very dry and not tasteful. Will not be ordering again. Customer service is appalling and food is just as bad.

Ordered a drink with dinner never got my drink tried to call them but no answer I still got charged for it

No sauce on kebab. No salt on chips when asked.

Paid £2 extra for chicken pakora, got veg pakora instead
