Very fast delivery and food was still warm and lovely xx

Didnt have what I ordered, but called straight away to explain and to offer alternative. Delivery was very quick.

Food had to be reheated in the microwave but was lovely once hotter

The food was good but I didn't receive my complete order - the chips were missing. I had a hospital appointment early afternoon and I didn't have time to query it. I didn't get back till late and felt it pointless to complain then. I paid cash on delivery so there is no electronic trail. Also, despite the cafe being in reasonable proximity to the house, I felt that the delivery took a lot longer than it should have done.

Food took about an hour and a half to be delivered not the estimated 40 mins but it was 6pm on a Saturday. When it arrived it was hot and as always good quality, really enjoyed it but I didn't get the extra pickle I ordered and paid for. Again not a deal breaker but just a bit annoying.

Pizza but burnt unfortunately! The cheese was hard and crispy not ideal

Was a bit disappointed in the very small portion of chips with the sausage supper I ordered - but the food was nice.

Mac and cheese was way to cheesy with not enough pasta shells. I'm not that fussy but could only eat a wee bit. Chips were luke warm to on arrival. Quite disappointed as have stuff before in the cafe and always been nice.

Payment was taken for products they did not have and could not provide a refund. Additionally, when collecting there were items missing and again cluld not provide a refund. I was told to request from scoffable.

Took over an hour to arrive and the order was incorrect.

Really really disappointing tonight

Arrived late, chips cold, foccacia too hard to eat. Wrong juice arrived
