There was no sauce or cheese on burger and was very dry whilst eating.

Order from here most weeks the food is always fresh and been amazing, Ive never had an issue. But this time the meat in the calzone was stone cold and tasted off.

Paid for my order throu this app then my son didnt know it had already been paid for and the delivery guy took the payment in cash at the door £33.70 NOT HAPPY I will be contacting Caspians when they open at 3.30pm!!!!

Ive used caspian for many many years, love the pizzas, calzones and curry sauce. However, theast 3 (every order) orders have been missing chips from it. The hcips used to be amazing, but are now soggly and limp, maybe due to the new boxes? Either way, ill keep uskng it as i normally love the food, but please sort your chips out, and deliver whats been paid for

Everytime i order and i use caspian quite regular most times there are no issues but last nights food was burnt and cold and had the wrong toppings on it i would like my food hotter so i dont have to microwave it.

All i can say is everytime i get a delivery the food is well under par....mixed calzone.has only tiny pieces of chicken at each end and cheese sauce at one end ...cutting back on ingredients makes the whole experience sad..cheaper and there is nothing on the top of calzone and its all dried out which means its over cooked..so i am now going to sizzlers

10 mins after delivery estimate due time, they called and said it was going to be late. 20:20 was time due but arrived at 21:30. They ran out of rice so offered Nan bread which we binned and had to cook our own rice. Zaiqa from now on.

Ordered at 7.23, was told 1hr10 mins finally arrived at 9.45 lukewarm, wont be back to caspian.

Chicken pakora was over cooked, dry and very chewy. The curry was so spicy I couldnt eat it when its supposed to be a mild curry that Ive had lots from here but was completely different this time. Only positive was the naan bread.

I can not eat this there was 1kg salt

The food was cold on delivery, it was also late, what g ordered wasn't available so something else was to be sent and what I received wasn't what was agreed.

Meat on the pizza was off, it tastes horrible! 🤢 Cheese tasted acidy, very sour what means it was off. We obviously didnt eat it because we were scared that we will end up with food poisoning. Absolutely the worst pizza weve ever tasted. Horrible experience and never will be back.
