Got a chicken burger and chips.. was halfway through the chicken burger and realised a big black hair hanging out of it. Disgusting , will never be back!

Disappointed. Order from here regularly and tonight I called to ask when the order would arrive as its over 30 minutes late. I was told that my order was on its way but I hadnt given my address yet. Hung up on me mid-sentence when I started to say my address, how rude ☹

Chips and nachos were reheated or kept warm too long. Everything was soggy

Had to call after an hour as still didnt have the food and then took another 15 minutes to get delivered. The food was cold and had to be warmed up in the microwave.

I had plastic in my milkshake

Shocking service by both scoffable and chicos food was soggy and rotten and scoffable washed there hands not any help

I ordered a bottle of juice and got brought a can waited an hour and half also but i must saybthe food is always good just unhappy they got my juice wrong.

Paid £1.50 for cheese sauce on the wrap no sauce on it usual no refund offered

Disappointing after reading the reviews, bucket chicken pieces are all bone air and batter. ( Drumsticks were decent) Chicken burger meal was good but burger is tiny not worth it.

First time ordering. Positives. Delivery was quick, and cheese fries were awesome. Didn't read special instructions regarding no salsa, and one side of quesadilla was burnt. Tasted horrible. Sorry guys, but it's disappointing 🙁.

Did not get my delivery

Ordered a few times from here both delivery and popping into the shop but tonights delivery both orders of peri peri fries arrived cold and on the zinger burger the hash brown was thicker than the piece of chicken on the burger. Honey BBQ Chicken wings were amazing as were the peri loaded fries and chicken wrap but the other items not being the usual i expect from here really let it down.

Unfortunately was really poor tonight, chicken was really greasy as if the fryer wasnt up to temperature, the chips were really poor, similarly as if they had gone into a cold fryer or had been left out. The burger wasn't good either, more difficult to describe.Was a shame as the food has been good in the past but couple time there have been careless mistakes

The cheese on the fries was like melted American cheese and just made the whole thing in eatable would not order that again. Whatever was in the burger sauce tasted off whole order went I the bin. Would not order again

Kids and partner love here I dont after food poisoning .. tonight chicken was dry soggy batter and came stone cold .. teenage son and partner said it was like different coating than usual even the dog turned his nose up at it

I used to love this place, but this is the third time my orders have not been good at all. No cheese in my burger. This is the 3rd time no cheese.. rubber chips. Give up on this take away now..

they gave me the wrong wraps i ordered the chicken tenders lettuce cheese and mayo wrap and i got honey barbeque wraps instead and i couldnt phone the restraunt as they had closes

Ordered the phily cheese chips..all the beef was rubber and couldnt eat it..total waste of money..Shame as id otdered it before amd it was great..sick of take aways..never cooked right..

bad milkshake and bad wait time

Food cold, when you spend £60 on food you expect it to be at least warm. Chips were hard.
