Burger was full of grease not nice

No spicy pizza at £6..new peri chicken at 8..was soggy and nit alot of spice. Half of it was burnt..not like this place at all.. replaced a pizza charged more n wasnt same standard at all

Coldest takeaway food I've ever had

fries where cold wedges were cold and very hard and theres no options for the kids section to say yes or no to sauce

Came with no chips with my meal just some greasy burned chicken and a can of juice cost me 15 pound

2 hours for a delivery and unable to contact shop as number not working.

i specifically asked for no salad or sauce, it then comes with salad and sauce and when i phone no one answers

Bland and cold, even though delivery was within time frame. Nit the usual standard.

It took over an hour to deliver from just 1 mile away. I even called to offer to pick it up myself but was rudely passed around by the staff and still couldnt collect it.When the food finally arrived, it was terrible. The spicy chicken wings were soggy and not spicy at all, like they were cooked a day before. The chips were both soggy and rock hard, and overly greasy. The mozzarella sticks were just okay.Overall, a really bad experience.

We ordered the family platter in mild. Was hot. The whole chicken was hardly meaty, was mostly bones! An absolute waste of money. Will never order again.

Chips and cheese were cold. Forgot juice but they did bring it back after I called. Maybe a one off cause normally my delivery is hot.

Food was freezing cold when I finally got it & box had been handled upside down the sauce and food had spilt everywhere. Driver had called and ask for directions and was walking about in the pouring rain with my order whilst telling me he could not find my flat when it is the only flat across from the school which I told him multiple times. I had to then go out to find him in his car to which he then said he had been to my flat & couldnt get in but he didnt even try to ring.

Delivery took almost 2 hours! Food was cold

Order was wrong, called up and driver came back, got us to open 2 other order bags to check and then when we found our order it was cold, bland and disappointing. Used to love ordering here and now its just down hill.

disappointed to say the food was pretty cold on delivery, but the first time theres ever been a problem
