Chips and cheese were cold. Forgot juice but they did bring it back after I called. Maybe a one off cause normally my delivery is hot.

Food was freezing cold when I finally got it & box had been handled upside down the sauce and food had spilt everywhere. Driver had called and ask for directions and was walking about in the pouring rain with my order whilst telling me he could not find my flat when it is the only flat across from the school which I told him multiple times. I had to then go out to find him in his car to which he then said he had been to my flat & couldnt get in but he didnt even try to ring.

Order was wrong, called up and driver came back, got us to open 2 other order bags to check and then when we found our order it was cold, bland and disappointing. Used to love ordering here and now its just down hill.

Chicken was nice

disappointed to say the food was pretty cold on delivery, but the first time theres ever been a problem
