Had to phone back as never brought correct delivery first time

Delivery arrived 30 minutes late ,wrong drink supplied and food stone cold

The beef was black. Couldn't eat it. No peri dust which I paid extra for on the meal.

Turn the clocks back weekend, at sun morning, not Saturday dinner time (2hrs 15 for a 1hr delivery) Loaded fries in the bin and pizza isn't even half way eaten 🤐

Sorry but yet again got told hour and 20 mins for delivery but waited nearly 2 hours, food wasnt that warm when it finally got here plus I requested for one of the burgers to come with NO onions but it came with them on it.

i waited over my time said it would take an hour and it hadnt received it after an hour and a half i phoned they told be it would be five minutes again didnt turn up phoned AGAIN to be told it was just getting delivered this was after two and a half hours of waiting. delivery driver then came and asked i didnt send in a bad review wow just wow

The footld was terrible, i normally love tgis place but after that meal i doubt we will return. The food was cold, it had been cooked at different times so nothibg was hitbwhen we got home. The salad was pathetic, 3 bits of lettice is what was delivered. The chicken was horrible, it was just scraps thrown into a burger bun, the smash burger stank so bad my 10 year old son was sick eating it. 30 quid down the drain.

Arrived almost 2 hours after ordering, so cold I told the driver to take it back! Why take orders if you cant fill them?

Ordered chips and cheese and quisadilla, chips and cheese cold. Quisadilla was ok..but wouldnt order it again.

Normally enjoy a chicos been my fav in whitburn for ages, the one tonight was bad two of the 3 things were cold and everything was burnt not enjoyable

Ordered pizza and cheesecake, they didnt deliver the cheesecake. Called them they said they would send my one up and it never arrived. Paid by card.

Driver leaving your delivery on doorstep and don't even jap your door absolutely disgraceful

Made me wait over two hours for stale fries and a melted milkshake and a refund was refused. Just lost a regular customer.

Some of the chicken was pink alart from that it was decent but oink chicken :/

was late, took way over and hour to arrive, only ordered 2 milkshakes and churros
