Made me wait over two hours for stale fries and a melted milkshake and a refund was refused. Just lost a regular customer.

Some of the chicken was pink alart from that it was decent but oink chicken :/

Mixed up order, ordered big bottle of pepsi got a can. Chips cold, burger not fully cooked.

We ordered zinger burgers for us and a pizza for kids, the burgers unfortunately were very bland and looked unappetising. The pizza was ok. We ate this around 1.5/2 hours ago and my partner has now been sick. Disappointing as by the look of your menu it looked delicious

The chilli chips in the Smash Crave box was dry. Didnt taste like a chilli. Wasnt very nice. Maybe they could make it like a chilli con carne style. With a tomato sauce, garnished with jalapeos and sour cream. Just a suggestion. The Crispy Crave box was suppose to have 3x chicken wings as part of the order but there was only 2x and we had 4x strips of tenders. Overall it was not great and I dont think we will order again from Chicos. The burgers wasnt great either. It used be good but everything tastes different now.

Burger was full of grease not nice

No spicy pizza at £6..new peri chicken at 8..was soggy and nit alot of spice. Half of it was burnt..not like this place at all.. replaced a pizza charged more n wasnt same standard at all

Coldest takeaway food I've ever had

fries where cold wedges were cold and very hard and theres no options for the kids section to say yes or no to sauce

Came with no chips with my meal just some greasy burned chicken and a can of juice cost me 15 pound

2 hours for a delivery and unable to contact shop as number not working.

i specifically asked for no salad or sauce, it then comes with salad and sauce and when i phone no one answers
