Food is usually tasty but is often delivered late and sometimes things missing etc. This order was 25 minutes late (order all correct), which is way too much. The food was enjoyable but I don't think I will order from here again due to having several orders being late it just puts me off.

Tonight wasnt the best.Special burger didnt have the extra cheese or my onion rings. Wasnt at hot on delivery.Nashville burger chicken was dry and chewy. Could see it was dried out round the edges.Both portion of chips were cold and one was meant to have cheese, but didnt.The wings were cold and didnt look right, were put straight back in the bagThe only thing with satisfaction i can say was good was the milkshakes

One can of juice missing, other can was meant to be diet got normal pepsi... Burger came with sauce when description said mayo so dog got it... Really disappointing order from a place i normally enjoy

My order took nearly 2 hours to arrive. When it did the meal was only just still warm and the cake milkshake I ordered was a plain chocolate milkshake that had melted and the whipped cream almost completely dissolved into it. This was my second order I gave not been happy with and the milkshakes not up to scratch.

Feels like I have food poisoning been up all night being sick and the only thing I had was fried a milkshake and cheese bites! Never again! So disappointed!

Tasted absolutely disgusting was burnt and tasteless I ordered the bacon cheese burger will never order from here again 😩😩😩😩

Juice in the order was wrong, driver left the food at the door without ringing the doorbell or knocking.

Absolutely terrible service ordered a basic 12 cheese and tomato pizza for the kids dinner only for it to arrive with literally half the pizza burnt . Shouldnt have even been sent out the shop to a customer, so I phoned the shop to complain as I wasnt feeding burned pizza to my kids and could hear the chef ranting in the background about the fact I was complaining. Felt sorry for the poor girl on the phone. He did send out a fresh pizza another 40mins later by which time was 7.30 at night and that was my kids just getting dinner. Appalling standard of food being sent to customers and even worse attitude and bad customer service from the chief . Definitely wont be back

Chips were cold and raw. Plenty of chicken for the price of the meal .the burger buns were really soggy 🤢

Ordered two margarita pizzas. We have all been vomiting and experiencing bad stomach cramps after eating this.
