Chicken was dry and bland

Feels like I have food poisoning been up all night being sick and the only thing I had was fried a milkshake and cheese bites! Never again! So disappointed!

Tasted absolutely disgusting was burnt and tasteless I ordered the bacon cheese burger will never order from here again 😩😩😩😩

Juice in the order was wrong, driver left the food at the door without ringing the doorbell or knocking.

Absolutely terrible service ordered a basic 12 cheese and tomato pizza for the kids dinner only for it to arrive with literally half the pizza burnt . Shouldnt have even been sent out the shop to a customer, so I phoned the shop to complain as I wasnt feeding burned pizza to my kids and could hear the chef ranting in the background about the fact I was complaining. Felt sorry for the poor girl on the phone. He did send out a fresh pizza another 40mins later by which time was 7.30 at night and that was my kids just getting dinner. Appalling standard of food being sent to customers and even worse attitude and bad customer service from the chief . Definitely wont be back

Chips were cold and raw. Plenty of chicken for the price of the meal .the burger buns were really soggy 🤢

Ordered a Smash Burger which should be minced beef, loosely packed and then squashed down onto a very hot, flat surface until its really thin and cooked quickly until crispy. What I received was a normally formed quarter pounder burger. My wife had a normal quarter pounder patty on her chicken supreme burger, it looked and tasted exactly the same as mine. Paid £8.50 for the smash burger when the standard quarter pounder is £4.00. Burger tasted okay but nothing like a smash burger. Also paid £1 to get cheese on the chips, they just came with piri dusting.

Got the smokey joe burger cost £15 thought must be good and some size for that price... but when it came it wad tiny and wasnt all that good deffo not worth £15 ripp off!!!

Ordered piri piri wrap with no salad, got a crispy tender wrap with salad. Rest of order was ok

I ordered food that came with a can of juice but they forgot to put it in the bag. Also the chicken I ordered came with 6 pieces and only came with 4

Was delivered on time the chicken was nice. However the order was missing 2 portions of chips. When you spend £20 plus on a takeaway you expet to get what you pay for unacceptable and disappointing!

Food travelled ten mins and arrived as if it came from the fridge. Soggy and cold. Definitely not freshly made The driver was rude. Asked us to hold back our dog (I do not own a dog) and then told my daughter to go down to the bottom of flat to retrieve the food as he wouldn't come to our door.
