First time Ive ever had my chiqis come cold and uncooked. Delivery driver was the heigh of ignorance goo 0-10

Disappointing

Meal took 1.5 hours to arrive even though was informed that it was on its way. I stay 5 mins walking distance from shop. When food did arrive it was cold and chips probed at 20c chicken at below 50c. What a waste of money.

Poor service with mediocre food. Late delivery both scoffable and restaurant said its on its waybog standard response from a poor restaurant. Poor - not returning and elected scoffable.Uber eats would have sorted this

Food was disgusting chips werent cooked right , chicken was tough to eat , ordered sweet potato fries with our order no phone call to see if we wanted money back or to swap it but instead gave us wedges and a bit of cake . Very disappointed with this take away will definitely not be buying from it again

Half chicken was rubbery , pink to the bone, thoroughly undercooked and extremely poor quality. Cheesy chips were a congealed mess. Will not repeat this order. Seriously considering reporting to environmental health.Photos avail on request.

Stuff missing from my order

Order was very late and when it finally arrived it was cold so not very happy

Chicken burger and chips wasnt nice! Caked in salt, chips tasted like they had been pinged in the microwave!! Wrap was ok but that was it, also waited 2 hours on a crap meal. Defo no be ordering from them again

Absolutely disgusting. 30 minutes late, 5 of those minutes the driver spent walking in and out of every garden in my street bar mine. Stone cold chips and mozzarella sticks, dry chewy chicken, even the juice was flat, but one things for sure, it wasnt from the delivery guys erratic driving. Stinking wee place. Only half decent thing they do is milkshakes. Ended up tanning an Easter egg for my dinner

Very, very disappointing. Almost cold, but Overcooked and extremely greasy/oil fuelled chicken wings. I had to heat and run off the oilNothing was hot when it got here.The wrap was almost slimy and I could only take out and eat the chicken from the inside.Also think your delivery price is very high for 1 mile along the roadI think your delivery price is very high for 1 mile along the road by comparison.We will not be back again.Perhaps your menu is far too large.

Food was good but I waited over 2.5 hours on a Wed evening. Crazy!

Chips were cold and only part cooked, chicken was dry All the chips and 5 pieces off chicken went in the food bin

Was supposed to be 1 hour delivery but took 2 hours on a Sunday evening.Fries were cold, soggy and went straight in the bin,Double peri peri burger was the same salad on burger was sweaty and the only heat in burger was the peri peri sauce.Would not recommend this take away and we wont be using again unfortunately.I would hate to see how long they take on a busy Saturday night.

Waited 1hr 30 mins for order, food came missing one milkshake, called up straight away to be still waiting nearly 2 hours later. The food wasnt nice either, chicken was dry on both burger and the peri peri chicken. Called up 3 times about the missing milkshake to still not receive it.
