Ordered a Smash Burger which should be minced beef, loosely packed and then squashed down onto a very hot, flat surface until its really thin and cooked quickly until crispy. What I received was a normally formed quarter pounder burger. My wife had a normal quarter pounder patty on her chicken supreme burger, it looked and tasted exactly the same as mine. Paid £8.50 for the smash burger when the standard quarter pounder is £4.00. Burger tasted okay but nothing like a smash burger. Also paid £1 to get cheese on the chips, they just came with piri dusting.

Got the smokey joe burger cost £15 thought must be good and some size for that price... but when it came it wad tiny and wasnt all that good deffo not worth £15 ripp off!!!

55mint let and food was cold im not happy with food

Ordered piri piri wrap with no salad, got a crispy tender wrap with salad. Rest of order was ok

I ordered food that came with a can of juice but they forgot to put it in the bag. Also the chicken I ordered came with 6 pieces and only came with 4

Was delivered on time the chicken was nice. However the order was missing 2 portions of chips. When you spend £20 plus on a takeaway you expet to get what you pay for unacceptable and disappointing!

Food travelled ten mins and arrived as if it came from the fridge. Soggy and cold. Definitely not freshly made The driver was rude. Asked us to hold back our dog (I do not own a dog) and then told my daughter to go down to the bottom of flat to retrieve the food as he wouldn't come to our door.

Disappointing

Meal took 1.5 hours to arrive even though was informed that it was on its way. I stay 5 mins walking distance from shop. When food did arrive it was cold and chips probed at 20c chicken at below 50c. What a waste of money.

Poor service with mediocre food. Late delivery both scoffable and restaurant said its on its waybog standard response from a poor restaurant. Poor - not returning and elected scoffable.Uber eats would have sorted this

Food was disgusting chips werent cooked right , chicken was tough to eat , ordered sweet potato fries with our order no phone call to see if we wanted money back or to swap it but instead gave us wedges and a bit of cake . Very disappointed with this take away will definitely not be buying from it again

Half chicken was rubbery , pink to the bone, thoroughly undercooked and extremely poor quality. Cheesy chips were a congealed mess. Will not repeat this order. Seriously considering reporting to environmental health.Photos avail on request.

Chicken burger and chips wasnt nice! Caked in salt, chips tasted like they had been pinged in the microwave!! Wrap was ok but that was it, also waited 2 hours on a crap meal. Defo no be ordering from them again

Absolutely disgusting. 30 minutes late, 5 of those minutes the driver spent walking in and out of every garden in my street bar mine. Stone cold chips and mozzarella sticks, dry chewy chicken, even the juice was flat, but one things for sure, it wasnt from the delivery guys erratic driving. Stinking wee place. Only half decent thing they do is milkshakes. Ended up tanning an Easter egg for my dinner

Very, very disappointing. Almost cold, but Overcooked and extremely greasy/oil fuelled chicken wings. I had to heat and run off the oilNothing was hot when it got here.The wrap was almost slimy and I could only take out and eat the chicken from the inside.Also think your delivery price is very high for 1 mile along the roadI think your delivery price is very high for 1 mile along the road by comparison.We will not be back again.Perhaps your menu is far too large.

Food was good but I waited over 2.5 hours on a Wed evening. Crazy!
