Bones in the chicken

Chips were cold, burger was in a sub standard seeded bun instead of a brioche, forgot a regular chips and a garlic dip. Upsetting as was great the last few times. Ruined my Saturday night and potentially my January.

Food wasnt the best - arrived cold and stale only good think was the milkshakes.

Half the order missing yet again not very good service

Forgot part of our order had to wait on something getting delivered after we had already received our delivery. Overall for the food wasnt the best with what we ordered.

Chicken was awful and all got binned the batter tasted bad. Chips were fine and so was the cheesecake (well except from the fact that it was kinda smooshed from the travel to mine I guess) Dont think Ill be buying from here again which is a shame cause was excited to have a chicken place

Food missing, cold and soggy when arrived, unhelpful staff.

Paid to upgrade fries to peri peri and didnt get them but was charged the extra £6 delivery was 25 mins later than advised and food was cold and soggy, needed to be microwaved

Its a tikka sauce not Piri piri, very disappointed

Waiting over a hour for the food, after going in to collect the food they forgot to even start cooking it, chips where soggy, chicken was cold and the grease of it you couldve got a emos comb over with it, the wrap was put together with a baseball bat after being in the tumble dryer, milkshakes would of gave you type 2 diabetes will definitely be ordering again

Delivery service was absolutely awful, I ordered a 1.5 ltr of irn bru and got brought a bottle of Pepsi, while the driver said it was part of a meal deal then said that they dont sell irn bru, after he gave me a can of irn bru, food was extremely disappointing compared to when I first ordered from themThe Only positive was that it came within 30 minsAbsolutely disgraceful.

Chips cold and uncooked, flavourless and waste of money.

It was absolutely freezing,no heat at all and chips were like rubber

Food took 1hr 23 min to arrive.When it came both chicken and chips where cold. The wrap never mentioned the spice on the menu. Thought it was mikd/ plain.Shoukd state more clearly on menu.

It was cold when it arrived definitely not worth the money

Although the food was good (milkshakes superb) the delivery driver spoilt the whole experience. He arrived at my door with a cigarette in his moutj and muttered "have you paid for this"?. I didn't understand him at first so he repeated it again with a disgusting attitude whilst blowing smoke into my house. This was bad enough but my 8 month pregnant girlfriend was sitting in the livingroom and could smell it. Can confidently say I will not be ordering from Chico's Peri Peri again if that is what your delivery drivers are like.

For a place that specialises in chicken the peri peri grilled chicken was chewy and slimy no where near a nice grilled chicken ate one bite and binned it and £3.80 for 3 pieces of rank chicken is way overpriced if it was of any half decent quality i would understand but its not. The pizza dough was thick and tasteless with cheap sauce and cheese despite the pictures on their facebook page menu showing a fresh thin base flame cooked pizza it was more like a thick deep pan pre bought base. Chips were soggy and tasteless the boxes they came in fell to bits in the bag , only thing i enjoyed was the milkshake and anyone can make a milkshake will never try this place again. For a new place in whitburn its a joke the food as a whole is cheap, nasty and poorly cooked.
