The food was burnt and my delivery was late

My food arrived it was cold

Pizza was cold on arrival and couldnt pick up the slices properly as all the topping, cheese etc would fall completely off the base

Was told in email would only be 10 mins when I called half an hour later as still hadnt arrived only to arrive an hour later. The driver was lovely tho but the shop was rude and told me I was lying about the time email said

My order was late took 1 hour and a half

My dinner came and it was really cold

Chilli express used to be really good. They used to have a great service and great food. After we ordered they stated 2 hours for delivery? This was the second time their service was disappointing. Again disappointing as it used to be really good.

Food was cold and tasteless really disappointing as have had good food from here before

Usually, the food is quite good here. Unfittingly when I ordered a burger it was pretty disappointing; the bun was quite tough in places and the patty itself overcooked. I will still order here in future for other meals just not the burgers.

Wrong sauce lamb was alright

Food was late, frezzing cold, phoned back amd got the same sent out again

Late delivery, food not very warm nor appetising. Really not keen on giving poor reviews,
