Not so good tonight. Over the estimated delivery time, I know its an estimate, but not the norm for this venue. Called & said driver was on the way. Had to microwave & oven every item as all luke warm. Finally, a very long hair, found in my garlic pizza bread. Normally really pleased but not tonight.

Not consistent

Chicken pakora wasnt hot (live very close) and was dry. One piece couldnt eat as so tough. Onions are chunks, not sliced.Disappointed in our meal.

Food was decent but the app advertised but one get one free pizza. On collection they said that was only Tuesdays even though the app didnt specify that and they wouldnt honour the offer which is really poor

Too long to get confirmation and advised 50 minutes to delivery ??????I went to chilli tonight and picked up in 15.

We order quite a lot from here , food is excellent. I understand its a wet Saturday night. But my munchie box arrived. 20 mins after my 40 min expected time. My order was cold No cheese over my chips and no salad for my pitta bread to make my kebab. Immediately sent message to app. Still waiting on my salad Or a response Will i still order. Of course I will. Food is really good.

Hi honestly cannot fault the food it was delicious but part of paid order was missing which was disappointing

The pizza was squashed to the lid of the box so lost half the topping and despite the description being 'chips and cheese', the chips didn't have any cheese on them again.

Two hours to arrive and was cold

Chilli sauce was thick and lumpy and grease swimming in Donnar meat , last meal was lovely

The food was ok but our biggest issue was that the food arrived an hour earlier than requested. Not ideal when we hadnt even got the kids to bed yet! Waste of £23.

Delivered on time but the food was horrible. No lamb in the order plus didnt taste nice. It was the same a few month back but I gave them another chance tonight but never again.

First time trying and the food was just ok, was disappointed in the contents of the mixed grill.

The food was great however I ordered 2 chilli special hoagies which includes chicken tikka and donner meat but I received 2 chicken tikka hoagies, so no donner meat was on any of them. Ive had food from there before and Id order again as their food was great, I was just disappointed I didnt get the order I wanted.

Way over estimated time & order was wrong.

Absolutely shocking service, ordered at 17.45 and received an email stating delivery would be approx 1hr 10mins. We waited 1hr 30mins and then spent the next half hour phoning them, on the odd occasion the phone actually rang it was then cut off. Its now 21.19 and its still not arrived, thankfully Ive been out to collect a chippy!

Delivery was shockingly late. Had to phone twice for updates

The mix kebab wasnt nice the beef was very small cut and the same with the chicken it was as if it was ready cut chicken out a packet and it was dry and watery a bit thats how I know, the beef and chicken is usually chunky of the grill not like them the food is usually good dont know what happened theyve let them self down this time Ill still be back just wont have the mix kebab

Food was great but waited nearly 2 hours for delivery despite being told approx 50mins.

We ordered at 6 and got it at 8!!! Phone was off hook the whole time we tried to get thru. It arrived minus chips and with wrong pizza but couldnt get through to let them know and by this point we were all starving !!

Delivery took 1 hour 45. Food was ok and I mean just ok

The taste of the food as always was good but the portion size of the KING mixed kebab was very poor. Had I been able to drive I would have took it back and asked for a refund. I wont return to my local shop after this.
