Chicken was dry, not as good as usual

Popadoms were soggy and chewy pizza was burnt and stone cold and hardly any meat in the hoogie used to be a favourite shop but gone down hill recently and this was last straw most of it is in the bin

Pizza was burnt, like really burnt! Shocking giving that to a customer!

Nearly an hour late after placing order for a specific time when I called I was hung up on

The vegetarian dish was a handful of frozen vegetables, the sauce was nice as was everything else

Our delivery went to the wrong door and my personal phone number was shared with strangers who phoned me to tell me they had my order. Incompetent and data protection breach - well done!

Theres often things missing from our orders which is a shame because the food is always lovely and its a great portion. Had to request a refund for £7 worth of missing food. Put us off ordering again.

Burger was so dry and well over done. Bun was stale

Nearly 1 and half hours for a Munchie box it came the box was soggy. And a can of juice what was hot!

2.5hrs for a delivery that said 50mins enough said.

Was given wrong food and restaurant refused to refund it

Come over 2 half hours late, was cold they forgot my kebab meat 4 hours later it came wont be back

I dont recommend getting a delivery, very very slow! Arrived over an hour and a half late. Placed our order at 7.10pm for 8pm deliveryalmost 9.45pm by the time it was delivered.

This is the second time ordering from here. First time they forgot to deliver the drinks and some food sides were missing. For this particular order I paid extra 40p to have the salad seperate but we received no salad at all. Imagine a kebab with no salad. Dont think Ill be ordering again.

Arrived late. Soggy. Cold. How hard can it be to get a Burger and Chips right? Not at all impressed.
