Ordered at 22.08, order confirmed straight away and expected delivery 23:08. Delivery arrived at 23:50 freezing cold! I wont be ordering again, total waste of money

Food was barely even warm when arrived. We had to reheat it. If you have a driver off, then you should limit the number deliveries coming over the phone, and decline to take delivery orders until it has quietened down a bit, in order to save the ones you can amange to get out in time and to arrive warm.

Order took 2.5 hours when it came everything was cold and the rice had been missed terrible dinner

no complaints on the food however we had things missing from our order which doesnt usually happen.

Normally I have never had a problem as i order regularly from here but received order and seen some missing so i phoned and was told would be sent right up.aftr 45mins phoned and was told the driver said it was in the order and they were to busy.I have no need to pretend i didnt get it and phone again 45mins later when this is mostly where i get my takeaways from

The food was really good,,one of the nicest Indian meals I have had, the only problem was that we didn't get everything we ordered. One hour forty five minutes later and i still have not received the rest of my meal.

The food was nice enough but it was almost 2 hours to get our food. When ordering we were told 50 minutes.

Ordered the grill box which is usually really good however felt it had less chips and contents that usual and they forgot to bring the cans of juice so had to phone them to complain, shame as usually really good.

i usually love chillis and its my favourite takeaway in lanark, however last nights service was so poor. i had hair in my food, chips that were frozen, it was disgusting. i gave one of my chips to my little cousin and she ended up choking on it because it was rock solid. really disappointed.

My kebab was burnt and crispy.. my chip bag burst all over the place because of the grease ... worse kebab i have ever had

Pizza under cooked delivery took ages not enough garlic in the garlic sauce

I ordered a barbecue kebab & received a chicken tikka. Chips were mixed with reheated ones and some fresh ones. Delivery driver came across as rude I think this was because I had my pjs on when answered the door. Ive always used this shop but would think twice now.
