Thank you for your feedback, however no attempt was made to contact us for the human error which was made so there wasn't a chance given to resolve the issue. If this happens again either with us or another hospitality team then the first port of call would be to contact the team to resolve the issue rather than a negative review which we had no idea about.

The order was great, yes it was late and got dropped off at another location. When i phone up to say i didnt get my order(Scoffable alearted me hy email saying it was left at my door whwn it wasnt) to say i didnf havw it. The man on the other line was incredible rude and spoke down to me. Yes the food was amazing when i did have it but just for that interaction i dont think ill be ordering for delivery unless its nessusery.

Fast delivery, food arrived within 20 minutes of ordering. Large portions and food was hot and fresh. Will definitely order again.
