Lentil soup is way too spice wow

Delivery time was rapid and all the items were delicious apart from their lentil soup. As soon as I took the lid off I could smell the black pepper in it. They put so much in it unfortunately we were unable to eat it. Our inner organs were on fire after the first sip.

The food was cold and the bacon was grey, no way was I eating that. Attempted to call but line was busy. Contacted scoffable who said the vendor offered 50% voucher for my next order, which is laughable to even think I'm ordering from them again. Managed to get through in the phone to the vendor who basically told me I was lying because he makes the food fresh himself, not saying they don't but still doesn't take away from the fact it was cold and the bacon was grey. He said that he told scoffable to give me a 50% refund and that he would contact them and sort the refund. Doubt this has been done. He also used the fact that I live 8 minutes away for the reason the food was cold, I've never had an issue ordering from anywhere else.Overall, terrible service and even worse food. Maybe take some accountability when it comes to your business and you will have more success and less bad reviews

The roll was cold and wasn't made right the cake was half missing

gave me wrong drink and burger, never gave me my cake, when i phoned they called me a liar.

Food was stone cold and the cream on the iced coffee was curdled and ice had melted making it taste watery. Wont order again

Worst bacon roll Ive ever had in my life. The bacon was like cardboard was like it had been left out all night then put in the microwave. Scrambled egg was like rubber.

Waited 2 hours for my delivery and then was hung up on more than once when phoning to try and find out where our order was. After a while we ended up driving to bathgate to get our breakfast from thw shop as he couldnt refund us. Wont be back !

The order was completely wrong no bacon on anything we asked for bacon with

Missing items in order, phoned then said they would send out missing item ..... didnt receive or get a refund! Driver was miserable, didnt say hello, goodbye just grunted! Food was cold and black pudding was solid! So overall ... food disgusting! Service disgusting and steal your money on top of that!

Ordered plain burger and got a cheeseburger

The order was great, yes it was late and got dropped off at another location. When i phone up to say i didnt get my order(Scoffable alearted me hy email saying it was left at my door whwn it wasnt) to say i didnf havw it. The man on the other line was incredible rude and spoke down to me. Yes the food was amazing when i did have it but just for that interaction i dont think ill be ordering for delivery unless its nessusery.

Items missing from order

I ordered my meal, and it took 1 hour and 20 minutes for it to be delivered. I called the cafe to enquire about it and to see what was happening. All I got was thee engaged tone. When the food did arrive, it was semi warm, chips were moist and soggy, the bottom of the burger bun was brick, rock hard solid and when I picked the burger bun up, it was dripping with either grease or oil, but it was dripping out it like water. Everything went in the bin and was not edible. Will not be ordering from here again
