They stole £81 and no food and refused to give me my refund afterwards they are the worst company i think they should be closed down and when I spoke to them on the phone the lady on the phone was abusive and she told me Im not entitled to my refund back and they use a different number from the one she has on google so its hard to call them

We waited about 90mins on our food , had tried contacting them by fone about 10 times to see where our food was, but wasnt able to reach them just kept getting a beeping sound through the fone.once the food did come , the burgers , chips and onion rings were completely soden and just totally soggy. Chips were cold and soaked with condensation. Its the worst order Ive ever purchased on Scoffable. I tried calling another few times once we seen how bad the food was but same again , fone just kept beeping. Mostly all of our order was completely wasted as it was un-eatable. After spending nearly £60 on a food order we still had to make something in the house anyway, which is what we were trying to avoid as we had ordered this to save time and hassle of cooking as we were dealing with other family things at the time. I definitely would never order from here again. Impossible to even speak with someone on the fone. Not a good experience

The food arrived 30 mins after the suggested delivery date. And it was all cold. I had to microwave the philli steak and loaded fries so that wasnt great and although the food was lovely, I think if it actually arrived hot we would have enjoyed it better. Coming from Livingston wouldnt cause it to be cold in arrival. So a new system to retain the heat needs to be adopted for deliveries. No full refund given as they suggested the food was up to thier standard. So cold food is thier high standard. Not great.

Massively disappointed. Two burgers sodden wet, goujons and beef burgers burnt and dry. Chips and onion rings soggy and stuck together. Honestly disgusting and couldn't pick up the burgers. £40 of food went in the bin. Wont order from here again. Shame because the flavour was there but inedible with how wet it all was.

The quality of the food on the menu has been steadily declining in the last couple of months sometimes it's ten out of ten but other nights it's not worth it.

Nachos were all soggy and soft, no jalapeos. Went majorly down hill from first opening.

Half an hour late. Chips were soggy and tepid. Burger bun base was soggy. Burgers were inedible. Wont be using again.

This was the second time ordering from this vendor. The chicken wings were very good on both occa. The basis for the rating is related to the side dishes. Minimal portion sizes, lack lustre quality at above average price point both times warrant the rating.

Worst 35£ ive spent.

Burger and steak sub roll were good although the Natchos had yet to nothing salsa on them, and doesnt mention that there would be sour cream on them or Id have removed them with the guacamole, looked like King Kong had the time of his life over them

First and last time I order from here. Food was terrible, overpriced and definitely not worth the 90 minutes wait
