More brown sauce please

Order was on time and excellent customer service and a nice smile, even though staff were under under pressure - it was very busy tonight.

Food is superb. Order before you want and select a delivery time becuse its popular.

Order took 2 hours, arrived cold and order was incomplete.

Quick to order and ready on time. Nice fish.

Have been to this chip shop many times before but tonight everything tasted of grease

Hi, we ordered at 5:20pm and were told it would be about a 45min wait for our food to arrive. At 7:10pm it arrived. My children are usually bathed and in bed by this time and we had to put up with a lot of complaints from the children that they were hungry and were very close to making them something else. I think it would be better if we had been told to expect a 1 hour and 45min wait as we would have just given the children something else. The food was hot and lovely when it arrived. No complaints with the food at all. Dalgety Bay took their phone off the hook so Scoffable ( who I emailed) and I both couldnt get through the line.

Everything was fresh and nice and hot

I understand that the fish bar has just reopened and that they would be extremely busy, I did wait over 2 hours. In saying this glad they are back and a quick couple of seconds in microwave really enjoyed my tea.

Although the food was great, it took almost 2 hours to arrive when we live 5 minutes away and confirmation email estimated a 45 minute delivery.

Food was delivered 20 minutes late, and most of it was either cold or luke warm.
