Pizza didnt have much flavour and £2.50 for a small drink!

Their pizzas are great, but this one was stone cold on arrival. Really disappointing

Made an order with the delivery time of 1 hour. I phoned an hour and a half later, ohh we are just bagging it and sending it now.Another 40 minutes later the door goes and the food was warm not hot.I appreciate the delivery girl apologising but it wasnt for her to do it.

The most soggy, wet batter on the fish and the chips were so greasy and wet too. It even made the paper box they were in start to disintegrate. Very disappointed with all the fish suppers tonight, as they were all equally as bad.

The fish didnt smell great when we got it home and on trying to eat it there was a strange taste. It just wasnt right. We have ordered this a few times before and its always been really good so I was very disappointed and ended up only eating the chips. The mixed kebab my husband had was very good.

Food was average and waited an hour and a half for delivery. £42+ for 3 fish suppers. You'd expect better service.

We came from Australia and we quite disappointed by the famous fish and chips. Also the sauce ordered was not put on. Food arrived soggy.

There was not enough chicken and I think it wasn't cooked long enough too much bone on the chicken sorry, the chips was not too bad

Took two hours for delivery

After placing an order at 18.06 and being told delivery time would be 1hr 10mins. That was fine. Still no meal at 19.45 so called shop to be told it was just getting made!! Called shop back after another wait to be told oh we're busy and its on its way now. Meal came and it was awful 3 out the 5 meals ordered were binned and the other 2 were half eaten. Total waste of 50 pounds and we won't be back it was so bad.

Order took nearly two hours and two chasing calls. If that busy dont accept orders

The takeaway was fine but we got told it would be 50 mins but it was well over an hour before

One of the items was not as described. The second time we have not been satisfied with our order. Won't be using again.

Order was 1hr 30 minutes later than expected. Chips were soggy, and kebab meat cut very thick. Very disappointing.

Disappointed because our order was not ready. we had to wait over 10 minutes after collection time for our order to be available. The food was very good once we got it.

Food was cold

I slwayd enjoy food from this takeaway but last few have arrived really cold. I understand this is a very popular place, but food should not be cold when it arrives. Needless to say i will still get my takeaway from you but will collect from now on as the food is usually very good.

Eordered 2 pizzas stimated delivery was 79 minutes it finally turned up after 2 hours cold and minus the requested extras

Was due to be collected at 7.10pm and had to wait a further 15+mins. Also not s & v on the chips as requested in the order.

The takeaway was barely lukewarm when it arrived. Wasnt kept in a thermos bag until delivery

That my first time ordering on line . When arrive get cold.

No problems with the quality of the food but, despite giving them 50 minutes notice of collection time I still had to wait 15 minutes to actually get my order when I arrived on time. Common experience with this take away. Still, an improvement on the time when I arrived to be told my order had been ready but theyd sold it to someone else!

My breadcrumb fish supper: fish was dried out and very small. I had it in the past and it was a lot better.

Cold food delivered late, no apology offered. I certainly wont buy from them again.
