Not much chicken on the chicken quarter, mostly bones.

The order turned up late. The pizza was cold and burnt. This is now at least the third bad experience I have had from here. I used this establishment on numerous occasions before but I now feel that I will think twice before ordering again

It arrived over an hour late and the fish and chips were barley warm and fish was / batter was all soggy and fish didnt taste very noce

Ordered 3 meals online for home delivery and received a confirmation email which estimated a delivery time of 45 minutes. Over an hour later we had to phone to check the delivery was still on its way and was told it would be the next one out of the shop. Another 20 minutes and the food finally arrived (all in about double the length of the estimated delivery time). Of the 3 meals 2 kebabs were good but my pizza was only luke warm for the first couple of slices and then cold for the rest. Not great and so I will be collecting myself in future.

Delivery time was estimated for 45 minutes but took over double that time. I called after an hour to be told that Friday nights are always busy and delivery can take up to 2 hours! I said that if that was the case customers should be told that upfront as they are providing people with wrong information and I would not have ordered if that was the case.The food was good then it eventually arrived, However I will think twice about Ordering online next time

Previously I had thoroughly enjoyed our fish and chips from you. On this occasion , sadly the food delivered was utterly deplorable.

Fish supper were pretty good on taste but delivery! Oh common, 2 fish suppers on Monday evening to the location 7 min to drive from shop took 1h 20 min!!! £2 for the delivery! Hey, it's absolutly awful! Not sure I'll would like to support that local business any longer. Very very disappointed 😞

Food was almost cold when it arrived after 45 minute wait. Portion was less than when buying at Fish Bar direct.

Part of the delivery was missing. I called and they brought the wrong thing as replacement. The food was all great though.

Had to wait over and hour and a half for one fish supper. Should state on website the waiting times. When arrived was not very hot had to stick in the microwave. Sorry wont order again

Needed to call to chase up the order as it was late, but very helpful, polite and apologetic on the phone. Unfortunately the food was quite dry and luke warm when we finally received it

Was delivered 30 mins early and was Luke warm at best

2 hours late and I had to go pick it up !!!!! Not good at this time 😳😳😳

By the time the food arrived it was lukewarm. Very disappointed!

Kebab had a weird suace

I ordered a king rib supper, chips were good. The king rib wasnt so much a king rib and had hardly any flavour to it and by the time the delivery got delivered it was cold. I also ordered a box of garlic mushrooms which I thought would have been battered? But no they were just chopped, cooked mushrooms in a tub, they literally were likemush. My partner had a chicken calzone. He said it was very tasty but again this was also cold.

By ordering take away we wanted to help to local business but were really disappointed. Fish was not as big and as tasty as usual and chips were too dry and too oily like being refried-(((

Asked for additional pepers and mishrooms, found 1 tiny slice of green and 1 of red pepper, ave up huntng for mushrooms

£5.20 for one single bit of Fish small enough to fit on a side plate. It's Dalgety Bay fish bar not London. Quality okay but prices are a shambles. Taking the customers for granted as no other competition.

We had to wait 90 mins for delivery. Fish had no salt, sauce or vinegar on it as requested and was mainly batter with little fish inside. Normally quite a good service will write this off as a bad day.
