Took well over an hour, called to find out where my order was and nobody had any knowledge, finally arrived and it was cold. Wont be back.

Over 2 hours for delivery!! Called told it was on way waited another half hour had quite clearly been missed. I will not be using them again 😡

Waited almost 90 minutes for delivery. Called for an update and they couldnt find it! Luckily the delivery driver just arrived

The food was good; fish, chicken & steak pie. The haggis supper on the other hand looked like it has been squashed, the batter was gone. The main problem was the driver he had an awful attitude, I've seen him loads of times and he's always like that. It's not good enough by far the most miserable driver I have seen.

fish dry chips looked reheated not as good as it used to be a few years back

Long wait for food to arrive

Quality wasn't like it normally is. Soggy fish with pale batter, wrong order for cheeseburger arrived and extra food we didn't order. Chips weren't the best either. Disappointing as food is normally fairly consistent

Food took nearly 1.5 hrs to arrive

Took almost 2 hrs to arrive.

Took an hour and a half for a delivery of a small chips

Order took 2 hours to arrive and it was the wrong one. Shocking delivery times last 3 orders. Will not be ordering again. Food was good though shame really.
