Unfortunately the food tasted bland, especially the soup, and although the portion sizes were very good it could not compensate for the lack of quality or freshness with my curry, huge chunks of green peppers to help fill the dish, and this was apparently a 'chefs special', everything else was fine i.e. the chips and rice but ultimately the curry and soup were disappointing even though the takeaway received a good score on Scoffable which is surprising.

Honey chilli chicken, the chicken was so over cooked and couldnt even chew it! The sauce was like glue. Sorry but wouldnt recommend

Ordered from here before normally good, but this time round I am ill after yesterdays order

Cold when collected and was collected before time stated.

Took almost two hours to arrive by the time it came it was cold lucky i had a microwave.,

Food tasted not cooked chicken was raw wont be back

I was given an hour time slot over 2 hours had past I tried calling the shop to no answer. I drove to the shop and my order was still on the wall so if you want to wait hours for your food go ahead

Absolutely disgusted at the terrible quality of food but even more disgusted at the horrific customer service! I placed an order on Friday and the meal I received was completely inedible. Fillet steak was supposed to be medium and it was so well done It couldnt be cut with a steak knife, chips were in a burst paper bag so had spilled out everywhere and apple fritters were barely cooked. I called to let them know as I order often for my elderly grandmother sometimes spending £80-£100 per week but they wouldnt replace the order. I have since contacted again as has scoffable and Im refused a refund. I most certainly wont be ordering again!

Forgot part of the order. Curry was swimming in grease. This place is normally nice nut not tonight

It' was cold by the time it was delivered.

Order incomplete had to repeat several times what was missing and still came with out sweet and sour sauce

It doesnt really have a seasoned taste to it for being salt and spicy. Most of who where eating it didnt enjoy and most went in the bin.

I always order from Dragon Hing but tonight was really disappointing, the food here used to be great, not sure if theres been a change of staff or owners but not up to usual standard at all
