The chicken shanghai was the worst I've ever had. Zero veg, no flavour, was just like a thick gravy with sesame seeds. Sadest dish possible. Definitely not made by someone that knows that diah. Generally the food is good here, but that was a joke.

Chips hard and the beef in onion was big clumps and red raw in the middle

The chicken tasted like it had bone in it and the chips werent cooked right

This is my favourite Chinese takeaway & was horrified to find that tonight my meal was overloaded with salt! I mean absolutely saturated in salt - it was disgusting & inedible... I'm hoping this was a total accident & not done on purpose!

Ordered a munch box and for the price of an 18" it was very disappointing. Just mainly chips i took a picture of it. Wont order again

Order turned up an hour late

Cold food,

Food was lukewarm on arrival and took over 90mins to arrive! When I called restaurant to find out where food was after an hour. The person who answered the phone was rude as hell and didnt even apologise for it being late. I will not be ordering from here again! And a change of attitude is needed! Disgusting way to treat customers!

Salt and pepper chips were bland would ask for a refund but cant find the options

Ordered food that arrived quickly but i will not order from there again as i did not enjoy it . Taste was not what i expected, it left a bad taste in my mouth. Bbq ribs

Food tasted like it had been heated up in the microwave before it got to us

Am sorry but I couldnt eat my chow mien as it was covered with onion in it I asked for no veg and they put onions in it

Do not recommend the munchy box, no flavour whatsoever.

Ordered from this place many of times and food has always been good, however tonight we ordered 2 munchie boxes and the food was disappointing, Chips were cold and hard, spring rolls were very chewy. Chicken wings were half cooked. This place is usually nice just unfortunately the food tonight was not nice and went to waste

Chicken msryland was burnt to a crisp chips weren't cooked properly as for the rest of it it was a jit or miss with each item if the curry sauce was any thicker it would've been solid

Noodles were burnt and there was black bits which I think were from the pan in with it

I ordered salt and pepper chicken it was freezing and soggy by the time it got here it also didnt take anything like salt and pepper it was so dry, same with the mini rolls even the boxes were starting to fall apart when it arrived
