Chicken chow main, Had no taste and very little runner beans ..ribs not much better..Its like there different people running it..Used to be my favourite Chinese but not now

Gravy was like jelly. Chicken was tough and the fried rice was bland, no taste what so ever. First and last time ordering from them. Not recommended

Very tasteless shredded Chilli Beef had next to no chilli on it . Spring rolls under cooked.

Really disappointed that my sons chow mein was completely overcooked even had some black burnt noodles in it.We just threw it in the bin so not ideal. No point in reporting this to the shop either

Rice was completely burnt, like.. incinerated.. wtf

First time using them and waited for two hours and twenty minutes. Wouldn't answer the phone, etc. The quality of the food was terrible, very rushed, and the chow mein had a burnt taste. First and last time I would use them.

Food was late and cold chips were stail like they were sat out for a while

Chow mein was terrible meat was dry reheated and tough and something in it tasted like it had been dipped in cleaning products went straight in the bin and prawn crackers where stale will not be ordering from you again and definitely wont be recommending to anyone else

Prawn toast was sesame seeds on bread and deep fried, didn't taste any prawns. Salt and pepper spring rolls were soggy, cheap and nasty. Rubbery chicken, not fresh but obviously frozen, dried up chips, never again.

Normally great food, but tonights was really greasy.

Over 2 Hours I waited for a delivery and it never came eventually cancelled the order will never use again terrible service

Chicken was very tough,had to bin most of it.Wont be using this Take Away again.

Have ordered from here before and normally food is really good but it wasn't tonight sadly. Chow mein noodles were quite hard and didn't taste nice, chips and spring rolls were soggy. But it was speedy delivery to Bathgate on a Saturday night.

Order wasnt what we ordered food tasted was extremely disappointing would never order from them again

I always order and enjoy my favourite chicken chow mien since moving to the area 2yrs ago however Saturday nights meal was a disaster. My chow mien lacked any flavour, just plain noodles with some plain chicken and my friends chk with green pepper and black bean sauce was so full of mixed chillies he could not eat it. So disappointed as having posted loads of well deserved reviews here in the past Im upset

Every thing has a sweet taste to it, the gravy, curry sauce. Made me feel queasy

The chicken shanghai was the worst I've ever had. Zero veg, no flavour, was just like a thick gravy with sesame seeds. Sadest dish possible. Definitely not made by someone that knows that diah. Generally the food is good here, but that was a joke.
