2 and a half hours to wait for delivery, the food was stone cold and never had crispy sweet and sour chichen balls before you could bounce them off the floor, tried phoning regarding order but their phone was constantly engaged never buying from here again the worst service ever

Over 2 hour wait for delivery, the food was Luke warm at best upon arrival which is a shame because overall the food was tasty.

The order arrived 2 1/2 hours after we ordered, although we were told order would take 1hr 20 min after we submitted it. A couple calls were made could only apologise and said they we were busy and the driver was all over. If I knew it would take that long I would have gone elsewhere.

Bland no flavour apart from ginger. First time and last time we will use

Waited an hour and 40 minutes for my food but at least when it arrived it was hot. Makes me think they forgot about my order until I phoned them an hour after I'd ordered

Why isn't all the rice dishes all in one menu the honey chilie chicken ha more like sweet n sour chicken. G/f said her sweet n sour chicken was ok whould be better if they wrote on the tubs which one is which as they tastied the same.

Yung chow was lovely but chips were reheated and were disgusting. Sweet and sour Cantonese style king prawns was tasteless. There was no sweet and sour flavour to the sauce. Although part of the meal was good I've had to mark it bad because one person didn't enjoy their food at all which spoiled the meal for everyone else too.

Everything was over cooked , struggled to eat it as all the chicken was hard , really disappointed for how much I spent . Dont think ill be ordering again, cant fault your chicken wings though .

I ordered the crispy beef, it was large chunks of beef that were anything but crispy.

Food was cold after an hour and a half wait and the Honey Chilli chicken tasted like sweet and sour with loads of carrots chucked in. Wont order again

Quick delivery but cold on arrival

My partner ordered bbq spare ribs, the ribs where to say the least rather poor quality, each rib had a massive part of cartilage in each rib, lacked bbq sauce. I ordered the spicy chicken and to my surprise there was mushroom in this with no indication mushroom would be apart of this....Wouldnt recommend for the price.

Its not the same to what is used to be. Ordered a schezwan dish turns out to be sweet and sour over powering taste. I always order Schezwan dishes elsewhere and i am very familiar with its spicy taste. Only good point was the salt and spicy ribs. Will not be ordering from here again

Recommended by my son and delivery was received well within the estimated time. However I wasn't impressed by the food. The salt and chilli chips were very good I must say and I'd buy them again; but my main dish of crispy beef was soggy and not crispy, while the hot and sour sauce had very little taste or spice. The fried rice was tasteless and stodgy and the vegetables in the main dish were hard and undercooked. I felt overall the portions were quite small compared to other takeaways. This was my first time trying Dragon Hing and found it disappointing.

Peas in an egg foo young. I cant eat them and they dont specify they are in there. Never had that anywhere else. Usually a great Chinese
