We got terrible food poisoning, my partner and I are really unwell. We will not be ordering from this Chinese again.

Not impressed with the £15 minimum order. Absolute rip off. Tried phone but no one answered. Probably start going elsewhere for our weekly take away

The beef curry was dreadful. Huge chunk of god knows what and 3 brown hairs. had to cook something for the guest who had ordered it. Defeats the purpose of ordering food.

Order cold. Curry was really bad

Ive known the dragon house for years and its definitely gone downhill since the previous owners left and are family friends of my father. Wasnt happy with the outcome last night dont think Ill be ordering for you again.

Normally our meals from The Dragon House are good but our recent delivery was not up to the usual standard. The deep fried honey and chilli chicken was spongy and chewy actually most of it went in the bin. Very disappointed.

Nearly two hours for delivery after I gave one hour twenty notice.Service needs to be improved.

They have changed the sauces the curry and the shredded chicken tasted awful very disappointing. We specifically go there for the shredded chicken wont be back...

Order turned up hours and hours late and wrong. Was told staff walked out and fights in shop with manager.. Great cust experience. Would never go back now. That's it.

Order took nearly 3 hrs to be delivered. We were advised 1hr 40 mins and we waited and waited. 3 phone calls later and a meal that wasnt with waiting for.

2 hour wait for food

Delivery took 2 hours and fifteen minutes ???? Seriously it's was bad enough the estimated delivery was 1hour fifty minutes but to be late after that was just a joke also no updates via scoffable .....we had to call the shop for an update 😡😡😡😡

Over an hour to deliver and some of the food was cold, this is the second time this has happened so will not be using again.

Had many take away meals from the Dragon House and never been let down. Tonight, soup was excellent, Kung Po chicken was excellent....but then came the banana fritters. My wife and I shared one portion and in both fritters, the banana was disgusting. Horrible grey/black colour and one bite was enough to consign it to the bin. Really put us off - wont be back.

Chicken wings were disgusting

We usually order a munchie box between us from here and its always typically fresh and still roastin hot, as well as not usually taking that long to arrive. However last night when delivered the cardboard box it arrived in was soggy which caused it to break at the side so most of chips fell out. If the deliveries are going to take that length of time (1 hour 20 mins) I would suggest using a different form of container. However, this is the first time Ive had this issue so despite the disappointment, we didnt phone to complain and ate it anyway as this is the first time it has happened.

The food was great but the order was over half an hour late.

Food cold and lacking flavour

Normally we receive a good meal but today it was awful the batter was dark and fell off the chicken it looked like it had been reheated. The chicken wings still hat the tips on as someone was too lazy to cut these off. Most of the chicken in the munchie box was inedible due to it being brick hard.

Usually really enjoy our food from here but almost inedible tonight due to salt/msg. Toast and beans for us.😩

Beef in the curry was inedible, chicken in the sweet and sour was mediocre. Delivery took an hour and a half from ordering which meant the food was just warm enough. This place has gone downhill recently and we won't be ordering again in a hurry.

Our order was supposed to be an hour but ended up as 1 1/4 hrs. Only part order delivered. Had to call and chase missing food which then took another 1/2hr

It arrived cold, the curry sauce was all gloupy with it being cold and the chips were overcooked

Really good quality dishes but too salty that it ruins the taste
