the sauce in the dishes were very liquidy not much flavour to them, chips were over cooked and cold

Have paid for our order by card and still havent received. Store has taken its phone off the hook

Food is delicious but waited one and a half hours for order :(((

Food was very good but got told 1 and half hour for delivery which I didnt mind tour then ended up waiting 2 and half hours which by time it came eat a small bit then went in bin as was so tired so was very happy waste of money.

The food was lukewarm, the chilli chips were tasteless and the chicken was dry and stringy.

It took over 2 hours for delivery which would have been fine had we had a message explaining that they were busy instead of the site saying they were closed. Meal was good when it did arrive but keep customers up to date.

Order took 2 and a half hours to arrive. No apology from them.Food average. Bbq sauce extremely watery.

Once again did not receive my complete order .. was missing the bottle of cola.

Didnt get full order. Took a long time to get delivered and couldn't get in contact with vendor to rectify the missing meal.

I ordered bbq sauce, chips and rice, salt pepper chicken and chicken wings.The salt and pepper chicken and chicken wings were nice. Unfortunately the rest was not the bbq sauce was like a cup of vinigar and very watery, the rice was solid same with the chips, so much so that the bbq sauce rice and chips went straight into the bin that's how bad it was

Order was not great and cold had better Chinese elsewhere I'd rather use double up Chinese or panda chinese

Chips were crispy, chicken was like the texture of mushrooms, chicken chow mein was very dry, 2 in 1 box deal was and stuck together and hard to separate. Waste of £33.

Took 2hours to reply. When it did, it was cold and congealed. Horrible

ordered just after 5pm, food not received until 6:40pm. when delivered, the order was missing an item so all told, took 2 hours to get the full meal. was told at 6:20pm (when I called to ask where my order was) that they were cooking orders received between 5-5:15pm? seems like a bit of an unrealistic delay for a delivery service that only opened at 5pm, even considering how up in the air things are right now. food-wise, the "sesame prawns" tasted more like chicken. delay in receiving an incomplete order has really put us off ordering again.

Three hours

the order i received was right, although didnt comply with my note i added to the order for no sauce

I ordered a meal to be delivered and paid online, I received an email saying it would be and hour and fifty mins, which in its self is a long time however I decided to just wait, two hours and ten mins later I called to get an update I was told they were really busy it would be another thirty mins I was sixth in queue, I felt I was really nice with the person and was fully ok with it taking a bit longer but I waited another fifty mins and called again to be told it was with a driver, ten mins later it arrived, food was barely warm. I get they are still working under these circumstances however over three hours and for the food still not to be up to scratch was very disappointing. Not even a proper apology was given.

The Muchie box I got was all chips never got any chicken in it and I always get one so was really disappointed

Chow mein was poor, noodles all clumped together with sections of them hard. Almost like they hadn't been cooked? (crunchy). Also very salty. Rest of food was reasonable, nothing amazing.

Took 3 and half hours to come! Right fair enough with whats going on but come on!! Bbq sauce stank like vinegar and was like water! Noodles where all stuck together like ones you get out the supermarket! Mongolian beef had no sauce and just lots of pepper over the beef! Worst take away Ive ever had!
