I have already wrote a complaint as I was extremely unhappy with me order

I know we are going through a tough period just now and it may have been a busy time but it took and hour and 30mins for my delivery to arrive. 😕

We were still waiting 2 hours for our delivery and the Dragon House has just called us to tell us there are certain items not available and did we want to change the order.I am extremely disappointed in Dragon House to receive the order 2 hours ago and then call us at 8.45 to say items are no longer available.We cancelled the order as it was ridiculous to still be waiting.

Not happy with this. Ordered food at 16.30 and requested delivery for after work at 19.40. Sitting here now 20.50 with no food. Phoned and was advised not their issue as to busy and should contact scoffable. Also side note they contacted me at 16.50 to advise that full order couldnt be done because of stock. I said ok replace it with an alternative.

Wasnt great, only just warm, didnt taste as good as usual but I guess you cant always get everything perfect. Delivery was good timing.

My food was excellent as always. However (even taking into account the unprecedented situation the world finds itself in at the moment):1. Having to wait over two hours for a delivery is unacceptable2. Weekend or not, a minimum order amount of £15 is a huge threshold to cross for someone living on their own. You're discriminating against those customers. It's the highest minimum order price on Scoffable. It's highly unlikely I'll place another order unless it's reduced to £10 maximum. (£10 is the maximum minimum order amount I can find on Scoffable in the area.) You're harming your business.Hire more chefs and/or drivers if you need to please. Don't take customer loyalty for granted.Thanks.

There was a black hair through my curry sauce. Had waited 2hours for this delivery to then have to put it in the bin.

The food was starting to go cold after having to wait 1 hour 55 mins for a delivery

Waited over 2 hours for delivery- if I had known it was going to take so long before I ordered and paid for it via Scoffable I wouldn't have continued with order. Food was cold and chips definitely re-heated. Portions were quite small. Waste of time and money - if i hadn't been so hungry then I probably wouldn't have eaten it.

We waited 2.5 hours for our food, when it arrived the main thing, munchie box, from our order was missing. The deliver after 15 mins finally came back and despite asking for contactless delivery handed me over the munchie box. The munchie box was all chips, we got 1 chicken ball, 1 rib and couple bits of chicken each. I have had many munchie boxes from here before and they have been amazing hence why I got one tonight however I was extremely disappointed .

Delivery was 2 hours, when it finally came we got someone elses order, called the shop to advise of the mistake after waiting 2 hours for food, Chinese gentleman was very rude, waited another 30 mins for redelivery of the correct order, 2nd delivery driver apologised but was not his error as he never delivered it originally. Wont use scoffable or dragon house again, as you pay by card they have your money so you are at the mercy of them, VERY POOR SERVICE!!!!!

Food was delayed from 70 minutes to 110 minutes and finally arrived at 150 minutes. Foods great but delivery is terribly slow.

Order barely arrived within specified time frame but lack of communication results in a bad rating.

Ordered last night at 7.52pm and I had my order by 8.20pm... this would have been the best service ever, if when the food came it was up to their usual standard.However my shredded chicken in chilli and garlic sauce came and it tasted different from usual! The sauce was unusually runny and a different colour from normal to the point that it ended up in the bin! The chips were also well overcooked! This is the second time this has happened, therefore I may think twice about ordering from here in future if it is going to be a regular occurrence!

Chips and rice were burnt and the food was only luke warm on delivery.

I waited 1hour 50mins for my delivery. The chips were soggy and the BBQ sauce was disgusting. It was a spicy vinegar watery slop

Order took over an hour and a half to arrive with no warning that may be the case. Normally if it's going to be an hour or more you get an email informing you. Not pleased at all.

Ordered a munchie box and there were no mini spring rolls at all as for the ribs, they were very dry. Not the usual standard from Dragon House ☹

Ordered food at 7.06pm. given a delivery time of 1 hour and 20 minutes. after 1 hour 45 minutes i emailed Scoffable and complained that i hadnt received food and also couldnt get through on the phone to them (made 31 calls) Strangely 25 minutes after the email was sent to scoffable the food arrived ...2 hours and 10 minutes after i ordered. Wont be using Dragon House again.

Waited over 3 hours for food, when estimated delivery was 1hr 20m. The takeaway decided to just disconnected their phone and left the delivery driver to apologise. Offer of money back from our order unfulfilled, hence the review.

Waited over an hour and a half for delivery, food was barely warm, chips were nearly raw in the middle and had a couple of noodles in them too - cross contamination issue there. Good itself was very vinegary. Dragon House used to be THE place for Chinese in Livingston, but its gone downhill. I wont be back.
