Bought a can of irn bru which was not in the bag, food was good but thats a bit annoying not putting the drink in when it cost a pound.

Yet again I requested my order for a specific time and an hour later I received it after waiting in the store to pick it up! Second time in a row this has happened !

2 hours later..

The food was great as always. But over 75 minutes for delivery definitely took the shine off of the experience.

Waited for delivery more than an hour.Taste was terrible, will never order again.

Late delivery

Order took 2 hours to be delivered and was borderline cold. And the time before that they forgot my sauce. Standards slipping in my opinion and Ive been ordering from Dragon House for over 10 years.

90 minutes wait for my food , 1 wrong item sent also , food is usually on time and nice but tonight was awful.

Over an hour and a half delivery time / food tepid / wings small over cooked too much batter scrawny / foo yung had hard bits over cooked meat in it / very disappointed / inconsistent.Want a refund.HORRIBLE

Food was not very warm. Fried rice very strange color. Sauce on the curry and the beef dish was congealed. Dont think we'll go to this chinese again

The food was very nice as always. But when you're talking about a meal for one person in my case, the new minimum order of £10 (there was no minimum order amount last month) is too high.I won't be ordering from Dragon House again I'm afraid.

Clearly not enough staff tonigjt meaning those staff working were under server pressure. This realited in poor service and poor quality food on wha was meant to be a special meal. Seriously need to consider if I'll use this takeaway again.

Wrong order and cold, tasteless food. Usually decent but tonight was poor all round

Disgraceful behaviour from staff and never even started to make my order until 8:15pm when it was ordered at 7:25 for collection at 8pm. Will not be back!

Took one hour and 10 minuets to deliver them forgot some of my order

I waited two hours for the delivery

Waited 2 hours, had to phone the place to find out they didnt receive my order. Got food in the end but lot of hassle.

Order not correct asked for sauce separate in shop and still came covered in sauce so little ones had to order something else

Took ages to come and came soggy, driver was kind though
